[Resolved] Swiggy — Insufficient Order and Swiggy refused to refund | |
I ordered food on Swiggy from KFC for 3 persons(3 burgers, 6 boneless strips, 6 hot & crispy chicken). The order I received was of 1 med Pop Chicken and 2hot and crispy. So, it was not sufficient for even 1 person. I asked Swiggy to take this back and either reorder or refund the whole amount. After 2 hrs of chatting, they didn't even provide the customer care number and refused to refund or even reorder the amt. My order bill was of 1250(as you can see in the photo attached), and got an order of hardly 200-300. They offered me a swiggy token lollipop of Rs 400, even when the guy on chat accepted that I am bearing a loss of 900-1000. They don't even have the common sense of checking the order received with the bill. And refused to give me a refund at last. Isn't that a right of a customer to ask for refund if you didn't get the proper service. This is a complete case of cheating and fraud Was this information helpful? | |
