    Hi,
    I ordered from jumboking through swiggy, the package was torn due to rainwater as no plastic was rpovided no proper packaging was done. I'm shocked to realise that the burgers are soaked in rain water. Also the pepsi is half spilled. I mean what the hell. I called the customer care and spoke to s. K jiyarul, he assured that a replacement will be sent and hungup, i called again and got no answer. I again called and spoke to kuldeep this time and he told they can't do anything and also cannot do a replacement. I told him that the previous guy told me he will send a replacement but he says nothing can be done and to just email them and someone will get back in 6 to 8 hrs. I mean why isn't there proper coordination. I'm very upset, i'm working from home it's 3 am and this is what i have to face. Very disappointed.
    I also have the call recordings if needed as a proof.
    I'm not able to add photos below it says pic is too large should be 2mb. Kindly provide me an alternative contact or an email where i can send the pictures.

      I have placed the order reference above on the 2nd of july, as per the order it will take 27 minutes for delivery, but within 5 minutes the app showing the order got delivered.
      On contracting swiggy helpline they kept me on hold and disconnected after several minutes.
      With great difficulty could above reach them, they just bothered to pay my money back which i am not interested as they have wasted my day plan just because of their incapability of handling their team, they say that they can not take a complaint against the delivery boy but for refining the money
      Wish to know that is the action taken against the delivery boy of wasting my day

        Swiggy is not refunding the amount of rs149 which i spent for subscribing to swiggy super. As there are not many restaurants, there are not many benefits of subscribing to swiggy super. After making the payment, within next 5 minutes i wanted to cancel it. But swiggy is not refunding my amount nor it is giving any coupon for the same as a compensation.

        Kindly direct swiggy to refund my money

          I ordered for a raw chicken from Meat Masters through swiggy. After receiving the product, as i opened it there was a very bad stale smell after which i checked and realized the chicken sent was spoilt .I contacted swiggy with my complain to which they just refunded me 110 rupees. But I paid 365 rupees for that. This is an act of thugging( Thieves). How can they send spoilt food in the first place and if they did then how can they not give us a replacement or full refund..i failed to understand. They are just looting people.I NEED YOUR HELP!! ALSO THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

            I had given order of 1020 but i haven't received one item which is off 220 rupees. Swiggy executive was returning 25 rupees only.

              I ordered a veg platter which have "4 pcs paneer tikka + 2 pcs malai chaap + 2 pcs chatpati chaap + veg seekh kabab" but i got "some paneer + chilli potato + spring rolls" (Images included).

                  On june 8, i ordered food from 1 restaurant but the order didnt go through and the amount of rs. 804 was debited from my account. I then later made another transaction from another restaurant of rs. 1200 which also got cancelled and 2nd time also amount was debited from my account. Both the transactions were done from 2 different banks. I then got messages from swiggy stating that the orders were cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 5 to 7 days.

                  After 8 days i contacted swiggy support because i didnt receive the refund. Swiggy support asked me to contact the bank as they see that they've made the refund. I contacted the bank but they confirmed there were no refund transaction from swiggy. I again contacted swiggy support but they give the same answer to contact bank and they dont give any transaction ids for the refund they made.

                  Now i feel i am cheated of a total of rs. 2000. How can 2 different banks have the same issue of refund not getting credited.

                    I ordered food online through swiggy from the grand village restaurant moradabad, uttar pradesh. Half hyderabadi chicken biryani for 460 rupees. They called me to confirm the order and i gave them instructions like make it fresh, not spicy, hygiene, n etc. I also asked them if it is available or not they said it is available but clearly it was not available. When i was asking them details they talked very badly and told me you can talk to our manager, i said ok i will talk to him he then said he has gone out. They sent me months old biryani that was rotting in their fridge. I called swiggy many times and 60 rupees worth of calling were wasted and i sent swiggy several emails regarding this matter, i also sent swiggy photographs and video of the disgusting green rice biryani, there were bad smelling mushrooms in it, very less chicken, loaded with nothing but salt to make the customer puke all the way to the emergency room, it was green in colour for crying out loud. Still swiggy is not refunding my money. I did not pay to be cheated, i did not pay for the food rotting & garbage to be sent to me. Has anyone in their life ever consumed a green biryani, disgusting smell stale, rotten, old, garbage food and taking money for it. I didnt eat it, i threw it. The order number is [protected]

                        The worst experience we had with "noniram lassi and gajak bhandar" dd puram bareilly.in the food we got bugs, i think that was the special for the lassi.in that time when covid-19 dangerous for every one in this time this type of food delivery with that unresponsive restaurant its too bad.

                              I wanted to order online through "swiggy" from the mcdonald's, by selecting a combo meal which was for rs.627/-. When i went to proceed with the online payment mode, i was shocked to see the hidden prices in the bill as follows. Rs.627.62/- for food + rs.19/- for delivery fee, + taxes and charges of rs.69.81/-, and the grand total charges were rs.716/-. When i clicked on the taxes and charges it is showing in a very tiny and small pop up message regarding the amount of taxes and charges which are as follows: restaurant gst is rs.33.05 +vat on delivery fee is rs.3.42/- totaling to rs.36.47/-. Why were the taxes and charges of rs.69.81 were levied when the total was rs.36.47/-. And what is the percentage of taxes being levied?? Swiggy is not showing the percentage of taxes being levied, which ofcourse is hidden, swiggy is fooling people and its customers by playing fraud and cheating and deceiving by falsely charging the customers in excess double amount. By this email i would like an reply from the swiggy and its officials and i also ask swiggy for its certificate of e-commerce online food delivery business and i also ask you as your customer (Swiggy) to furnish all the licenses such as gst license, trade license, vat & tin no. You have obtained to run the e-commerce online food delivery app and also the customer grievance mode other than only email. I felt cheated by (Swiggy) and i would like to take this matter to the higher authorities for a detailed enquiry into this serious matter. Waiting for urgent and proper response and reply. I am also enclosing herewith the mobile screenshots of the bill for future reference.

                                On 26th feb 2020, i placed an order through swiggy for dominos pizza. I waited for more than an hour bt the pizza never got delivered. As it was a pre-paid order, i called swiggy the next day for the refund, they instructed me to contact dominos. I made multiple calls to dominos but all in vain.
                                It has been more than 3 months since i placed the order and never got a refund.

                                  I had ordered a pizza from swiggy in shillong. When it arrived i opened and found that the toppings had come off and got stuck to the box. I've taken pictures of it and i clearly shows that the food package wasn't handled properly. There is no link in the app for my complaint.

                                      Problem in a nutshell:

                                      The delivery exec called and spoke very disrespectfully to us (My wife), when we were guiding him to our residence to drop of the food, very rudely he had asked my wife to pick the food if you want or i will leave at your gate, then we went down and picked the food ourselves option less and informed him that i will be reporting his behaviour to swiggy customer care and did so within 3-4 mins, however the exec mari, used threatening language saying you do and i will do something equivalent, and [email protected] i get a call from the local inspector from my apartments doorstep saying they had received a complaint stating we beat up mari which is not true... Anyways i had informed the police that i will pay him a visit today in the noon to explain in detail since its a complaint... This kind of behavior from swiggy delivery execs is beyond rowdyism and unprofessional. Totally disappointed and i am going to definitely take this up in social handles and internet journalists...

                                        Delivery guys are now food from swiggy... I have the proof of photos... I had to throw the whole package away... They denied me refund... Told theyl give coupon n denied too... The online reps r pathetic.
