I do not own any restaurant nor am i registered with swiggy from this number without any reason they are calling me again and again.
Please stop it please do not call and disturb me....

This is harsh singh here and i just need to inform you that the things are not going good from our food delivery brand swiggy and i need a strick action in this type of case which they are doing legally and several of customers are getting trapped in this but no one question to them because customers don't have any option...

I order two meals on the 24th of march, and both of the orders got cancelled due to the coronavirus lockdown, and it said that the amount is refunded to my account and should get reflected in 5-7 days. It has been 8 days and i have not received the refund from either of the orders (A sum total of about 700 inr).

The bank confirms that there has been no refund, and yes i provided the reference number provided with the refund...

I bought for 146rs on 22/03/2020 but the shop was closed and they said refund will be solved in 5-7 days. The refund amount is not done till now. Kindly ensure to send it at the earliest

This keeps happening over and over again, you keep sending me delivery with missing items and the customer support offers coupons of 30rs which does not compensate for the extra item that i have paid for. Most recently i had order from burger king and asked for fries worth 100rs which went missing and the customer support was of absolutely no use.

The customer service handler was also insanely rude for no apparent reason and...

Such a big fraud service doing, they have not delivered my order, the executive picked my order and immediately said it was delivered and i tried to reach customer care and raised a dispute for that they are saying the executive number is switched off..
Further the order was rated as 4star, its means they have hacked and done the same..
And for that they have reordered the same but it was delivered after 1.5hrs.....
