Swiggy — Issue Regarding Coupon SWIGGYLOVE-CYEHSY Not Applying

Dear Swiggy Support Team,

I would like to bring to your notice an issue regarding the coupon SWIGGYLOVE-CYEHSY worth Rs. 208, which was issued to me.

While placing an order from Kwality Walls Ice Cream and More, the coupon could not be applied even though the order was being placed from the same restaurant and location. I also contacted the in-app support chat, but I was informed that the matter needs to be addressed via email.

I would like to clarify that I was not attempting to combine this coupon with any other offer or discount. However, the system still did not allow the coupon to be applied.

Kindly look into this issue and either:
1. Enable the coupon so that I can place my order using it, or
2. Provide an equivalent compensation or reissue the coupon.
