Placed an order through Swiggy Instamart on 2 March (Order No. [protected]). In this order, 1 × Gowardhan Pure Cow Ghee (Jar) was missing from the delivered package even though payment for the item was successfully made.
After receiving the order, I immediately checked the package and noticed that the item was not included. I reported the issue to Swiggy support on the same day. Since 2 March until now, I have sent multiple emails explaining the issue and requesting a resolution.
However, the support team repeatedly sent template responses stating that they cannot initiate a refund or replacement and they closed the support ticket without resolving the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups and providing the order details several times, the issue remains unresolved.
I paid for the product but did not receive it. Denying a refund for an undelivered item is unfair and unacceptable.
Resolution Requested
I request a full refund for the missing item (Gowardhan Pure Cow Ghee Jar) that I paid for.
