Swiggy — missing items from order...

Ordered murgh afghani with tandoori roti from
Pista house restaurant under swiggypop for rs 149 and kadai mutton with butter naan for rs159. Did not receive 1 tandoori roti and butter naan. It is a combo and according to the picture shown in the website it is 4 half pieces of tandoori roti and 2 pieces of butter naan. Chatted with ms priti from swiggy but she was not able to help and she constantly asked me to send mail regarding this. Earlier too have sent mails regarding quality and quantity for other orders but did not get anything other than sorry and that their internal investigation is going on. Always receive same automated answers from swiggy customer care. I can share all the mails. I want to complaint against swiggy and concerned restaurants for cheating customers. I want to ask swiggy why i am not eligible for refund or this particular order and pista house to stand for its name.
