As it was the main thing in the order and not just 10-20 rupees to just leave as it is . This is very disgusting on swiggy side as when i contact burger king on the issue they say you have to contact swiggy because order is through swiggy, and when swiggy is contacted you give such useless responses. As a customer i have paid 209/- for the burger, packing fees of 37/- ( for i dont know what is packed because there were just fries in a piece of cardboard, platform fee of 11/- by swiggy ( where swiggy is the platform and swiggy ensures to resolve issues between restaurant and customer). I have paid all of this to just recieve a automated sorry email and a cold and soggy french fries box at 1am midnight (i had to sleep Hungry because of both swiggy and burger king) . I am surely going to xpect a refund because u couldnt provide me a resolution, u could have checked with the driver as he was very late delivering the order than the said time.
