Swiggy — money not credited into my account

I had placed on order on swiggy from baskin robbins on 27th october. I paid for it via netbanking. I received the wrong order and notified swiggy who said they would issue a refund. As i did not get the refund till 7th nov, i wrote to them where they told me the transfer had gone through. I sent a screenshot of my account to show that i did not receive the money. The executive informed me that there was some technical issues due to which they money did not get credited into my account. He said in 5-7 days it would happen. I waited till 16th and wrote to them again. This time the executive told me the money was refunded back into my paytm account and that i need to get in touch with the paytm team. I told them that i did not use paytm as i do not have a paytm account. I made it clear that i used netbanking but the executive refused to believe me. He kept saying i need to contact paytm team. Its been 3 weeks since i have been waiting for the refund, with no cooperation from swiggy.
