Swiggy — money to be received

On 18th march 2019, i placed an order for rs.457/= through my mobile [protected] and paid from my icici bank. But food was not delivered and received a sms that order failed and refund initiated. Till today i have not received the refund. I do not have the order id but if you browse the chat history with reference to my above mobile number, anybody can understand the situation. I have already sent 2 mails to your email id `[protected]@swiggy.in' but in vain. I could not attach the emails and chat summary with this complaint as there is no provision in this page. I ordered 3 navratri thalis from rishi veg dhaba nk, order delivered but one thali was not upto the mark it missed kheer and two peetha vegetable sent it one thali

Ordered food. Some item was not available. They were calling and asking me to reorder but I paid by card already and of reorder have to pay again. Then in application the status was showing food is delivered to me. Waited 1 hour didn’t get no food and no money back

Once i received a wrong order and took a picture of the item shared with the swiggy support but they did nothing and simpky said we cannot do any thing. [even after showing proofs they do not help] which makes us helpless in case we do not receive. a good. quality food or missing/wrong item.
