I had placed an order on 10/04/19 bearing No.#[protected]. The delivery boy rang up and said that he is at the gate but he was at the wrong address ie he was at the office address but the delivery was to be done at the home address.
He spoke to me and said that there were duplicate addresses so he was confused and he would come and deliver at the correct address in 15 minutes.
We were waiting for the food till about 9.40 pm when I get a call stating that the address is incorrect so my order is being cancelled and money being refunded.
Kindly note - I had ordered the food for my 78 year old mother's Bday. I told the delivery boy about it. There was nothing in the house and when a last minute cancellation is done so late at night it is unfortunate that the customer has no choice left but to eat bread and butter. Shameful.

If the delivery boy had a confusion about the address, he should have clarified before going to the wrong address.

I checked the address, it read - 985, sector 17, Near modern school, 108, Sector 31, HSIDC.
My address is 985, Sector 17, Near modern school. So why did he choose to go to the latter address and not the first one. That means because of mere convenience he chose the 2nd address.
Since I was contactable and he did speak to me a couple of times and also did the customer service department for clarifications, I fail to understand the casual attitude inspite being part of such an important industry.

It is extremely upsetting to see this kind of attitude. Sometimes it is not only about refund. Swiggy is not doing a favour by refunding as that is the customers right to get back the money for which he has not been serviced. it is about ethics and the value proposition of the business that you are in.

I am extremely upset that on her Bday, my mother had to sleep eating bread and butter as a Bday dinner - thanks to swiggy

    The order was placed on 12th april 2019 at 7:36 am. I had to wait for almost 20 mins and be informed that the restaurant was not yet opened. When i spoke to the swiggy customer center i was informed that they will provide a refund and i can replace the order after 8:00 am.

    The swiggy hub did provide a refund coupon for me for the amount of the order and then showed the order as delivered. I again placed the order for the same on the order # [protected] at 8:11 am.

    Since the order was placed it was not confirmed even it 11:00 am. I have received multiple calls from swiggy with different versions of their story and informing that the order will be delivered. After waiting for about an hour and a half i received a call requesting to know if we can cancel the order as it can not be processed. I have informed them about my issue but the customer service rep and supervisor were just indifferent to my concern speaking like robots just giving information about what they had to say and not listen to my concern.

      I am a regular swiggy user. All of a sudden my swiggy account got deactivated without any reason. I filed a complaint regarding the same. But haven't got solved with this problem. A week back one of your executives contacted me to verify my details. After verification he told your account will be activated within 24 hours. It has been more than a week and the account remains the same. Unable to order something to eat.
      Now using zomato...

        Items worth of nearly 200/- were missing. When contacted to costumer care the only thing they do is apologize you and do not give any satisfactory response. The items gone missing are worth of nearly half of the bill and even the delivery executive also had an argument that the location addressed wasn't correct, while in reality it was exact. I want a refund on it

          In my last e-mail, i have narrated in detail of my very unpleasant ordeal with swingy. My request number is 5606744.

          Since april 1, i am waiting for my refund.

          The unprofessionalism of swiggy in addressing the customer's grievances is appalling and in the future, i do not want to associate with such an unethical service.

          My refund amount is just a meager 200 rupees. But the point here is not about the money rather it is about service integrity and ethics in relationship to customers.

            Im working on swiggy as a delivery partner in trivandrum(Thampanoor zone)
            today i went to pattom office at the time of 10:30, there are no fleet managers, i just waited about one hr for my payments and also i got a morning message as every partner should come for the process of SWIGGY SMILE ...
            no fleet managers attend the phone call
            i just wasted my time on that worst office ...
            if managers cant do their work...

            On 8th march i ordered from dominos thru swiggy.
            Order details:

            Delivery time : 8th march 23.46pm
            Dominos has refunded the order money rs. 587/- to swiggy. (As per ref code
            Attached)

            I received the order full 1.5 hrs late. Dominos have stated that they have refunded the money to swiggy since the order was thru swiggy. But swiggy refuses to pay now. Its one month and
            I still have not received the refund from swiggy.

              Hi. I am a doctor working at group of tb hoslitals near crescent bay at bhoiwada in mumbai. For the last 15-20 minutes i have tried to place order for my lunch from 3 different restaurants namely sirachuan bay, mandarin oak and 5spice. After i put the promo code and by the time i could make the payment the restaurants became unserviceable (Which were not so ealrier) or currently not accepting orders or closed for online delivery while you were making payments. I am confident this a scheming technique hatched by both swiggy and independent restaurants in order to not give benefit of offers to customers. I am not really hoping for an action but thought you should know

                When i placed order that time i not shown order50 offer code.
                Before i used only 2 code so my 3 offer code left.
                But not shown in my ac so i used other code.

                Therafter i contact to your customer representative so he tell me u used other code so your left code is dismissed.

                But when i order 3rd time that time not shown in my account my order50 offer code so i used.

                So i request to you restore my ordrer50 3 code otherwise i goes to the consumer court.

                Placed an order with order id #[protected] amount of 328 and food not deliverd
                I ordered Manchurian n fried rice from swiggy and delivery was attempted with spilled Manchurian box so I rejected that and but delivery man asked for full payment so I paid for a rejected order. Even fried rice was useless without Manchurian.

                  It is quite surprising that despite having been confirmed by both swiggy and domino's customer care that my order dated 09.04.19 on domino's pizza will be cancelled as per request due to long delay in delivery (Over one and half hour), i find that swiggy app is showing order delivered.

                  I had again contacted both customer care services on 10.04.19 reporting about the incident and was informed that a senior person from domino's pizza will be contacting me very soon, no one called up even till today 11.09.19. I also find that the payment amount of rs 625/- made through cc is debited from my account today.

                  Can someone please apprise me about the happening and status?

                    Have ordered from swiggy on dated 14of march 2019 amounted rs.774 which i cancelled immediately as i realized that the address given was wrong. So the following order payment was done by card.
                    Yet till date refund for the same is not received, i have been following up with dominos as well as swiggy but there is no conclusion.
                    Dominos is saying that the payment is done from there side to to swiggy on the very second day i. E. 15th of march 2019 and swiggy is saying that they are not responsible, dominos will remind there money.
                    I have paid to swiggy, so please get my refund, otherwise i am going to consumer court.
                    Hope you understand my concern.

                      I orded rajma rice and a cold coffee from hunger's kitchen from swiggy application and i found like 4-5 dead cockroaches in my food and i dont know how many of them i had already swallowed. Haven't opened cold coffee as i might find some more insects in that, asked for a complete refund, they refused.

                        I ordered the food from hotel ranwara it was tomato soup n moodles the food was very bad in taste specially the tomato soup it was very sweety in taste n very different smwll and i just hate it swiggy provides very bad service also the customer service is not good not happy with swiggy at all worst zomato is better than you... I will make sure no one in my contact order food from swiggy n also complaint about swiggy as much as possible we do not pay this much nmoney for such kind of food..
                        Payment made towards dominos pizza through swiggy app, confirmed ass received at 8:19 PM(31st Mar 2019).

                        But after 1 and 1/2 hr(around 9:49 PM), got a message that food delivered.But in reality it never done.

                        And Swiggy is least cared about the same.It is like stealing money in broard daylight and care a damn about it.

                          Hi there,

                          It has been more than a month that I am seeking for the refund of my failed transaction in swiggy which got already deducted from my account but when a cistomer care executive is pinged, he/she asks for the order id and says that the amount will get credited to your account in 5-7 business days. Finally, last customer care executive said that the transaction got failed and they did not recieve any amount whereas it clearly shows that the amount is debited. Initially they mentioned that the amount got debited and will be refunded, now they say it is not in their account. It is such a rediculous service and even they close the chat not even listening to what customer is saying. Till today the amount is not credited to my account, I promise of not using swiggy ever in future and guys trust me.. purchase from swiggy at your risk bcz once the amount is deducted and the order is failed, forget to get your money back.

                            Today i ordered 4 items, but only 2 got delivered, after complaint 1 item got delivered and for another 1 swiggy issued coupon worth Rs 50, but the actual item cost 192, when i asked for the remaining cost they just closed the chat as they cannot issue or refund. This is a big fraud, how they can issue 50 rs coupon for 192 rs worth item. How can i approach this legally to get refund

                                Sir I ordered 1 biryani &1 lassi first of all lassi was packed in pouch what is this and also leaking out and second the package of biryani was totally scrambled oil was also leaking out how I pursue to eat. That I not expected from SWIGGy
                                Sir, I ordered the company of Mr. salty but the item I ordered was not available to me
                                .I talked a lot about customer care but she refuses to give me my replacement

                                  On march i have raised a complaint on amount deducted from my account for a failed transactions. I have got a reply that money will credited within 5 to 7 working days. But i didn't receive the amount. Your team have given me a standard reply to check with the bank. I have checked with the bank and money is not received at my account and for them to investigate further they need the transaction reference number of the refund and the date on which refund is initiated. Yesterday i had sent a mail to your team but didn't receive any response. Appreciate your early response with the requested details.
