Swiggy — no bill from swiggy

Swiggy delivery guys don't care to take the bill from the restaurant and then they complain saying "restaurant didn't give us the bill" and ask to pay the amount without any invoice.
Apparently, they do produce an online bill via mail which includes gst on top of the gst the restaurant charges

Without actual invoice from the restaurant they want to evade taxes and also promote tax theft by not asking for a bill to the restaurants.
