Swiggy — no refund for missing item | |||
I order 2 items from swiggy, prepaid but only 1 item was delivered. After hours of chatting with the support team via mail all they could tell me was they are sorry this happened to me and my feedback is very valuable and all but apparently i'm not entitled the money back for the missing item. I don't see how this is fair at all. Are they not expected to refund the items that were not delivered? Does this mean that every time we order we play a game of chance, we may or may not lose money depending on someone else's irresponsibility! How is it that swiggy does not have a system to handle this yet? Was this information helpful? | |||

Unable to signup and login. Getting error saying that mobile number already used in last six months. If try to login its taking back to sign up.

I have ordered for a 7" cheese O pizza with corn as topping. I have received a 7" cheese O Pizza with onion as topping which is not what I have ordered for. I do not wish to pay for an order that I have not made and do not want to. I want to get either a refund or the replacement for the same with what I have ordered for originally.
I had placed an order for special kitkat cake against which I recd choclate cake. After complaint a replacement was sent which again was a choclate cake. When I complained against this the response was they can see the issue but cant issue a refund. This isnt acceptable.
