My order made on saturday with order id:[protected] was not delivered. The delivery partner did not pick any calls. The executive did not provide me an instant resolution and instead suggested me to write an email to swiggy customer support. After two emails describing the issue, swiggy did not respond to any of the emails. It's been over 24 hours since the first email.
