I am submitting a grievance against Swiggy, an online food delivery platform, due to their failure to deliver an order placed on November 6th, 2024, and their refusal to provide a refund for the undelivered items.
Issue Summary:
On November 6th, I placed an order through the Swiggy app. While part of the order was delivered, a second parcel never reached me. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Swiggy’s support team, I encountered significant unprofessionalism and rudeness from the customer service representative, which further exacerbated my frustration. As a customer service professional, I was particularly disappointed with the lack of empathy and assistance provided in resolving this situation.
Key Points:
1. Undelivered Parcel: Swiggy failed to deliver a portion of my order, causing inconvenience.
2. Customer Service Issues: The call center representative was rude and dismissive, contrary to the standards expected in customer service.
3. Requested Resolution: I have repeatedly requested a refund for the undelivered portion of my order, which Swiggy has yet to address.
Relief Sought:
I kindly request your assistance in obtaining a full refund for the undelivered items. I also urge that Swiggy be held accountable for their inadequate customer service practices, as no customer should have to experience disrespectful treatment when seeking resolution.
