TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
I had ordered a few items from Theobroma via Swiggy on 5th Sep 2025. Order Id / number as shown in the app is [protected]. It was a prepaid order made from my ID (mobile number).
It showed me the order was delivered as per the schedule time. As this was a delivery for my daughter at a different address so I came to know later that from the entire order...the most important Cake along with its additions like a B'day Tag and Candle for which I had already paid was not delivered.
I raised this issue with the Swiggy customer care through your Chat helpline and they accepted the mistake.
I requested them to get it delivered immediately as it was my daughter's B'day...they refused and told me to contact them by email for the refund.
Worst experience I had with Swiggy...and of course a spoiled birthday surprise for my daughter as I was not there with her...
The Swiggy's customer care instead of helping, insisted that they can neither deliver the missing order nor process the refund unless & until I write an email.
Worst experience ever..
Request you to take necessary action.
