Swiggy — not able to change the address after making an order

I have placed an order in ocenea restaurant on April 30th in swiggy app and i have to edit the address but i am not able to change the delivery location on my own and i have to chat with customer care and i they said they order is prepared and they will charge 118 rs for cancellation and they will also not deliver in new address..very rude behaviour from customer care representative and worst application design and within 10 mins the order was prepared and the delivery guy reached the pinned location which was not true. and i was charged 118 rs for cancellation..uninstalling this application..never installing this fraudster application
