I had order a food from swiggy worth order rs205. My order was cancelled due to some tecnical issues from swiggy. My amount is debited and transferred to swiggy account. I never get any confirmation of my order from swiggy.
They never respond refund of money and proper response.
Pls take action on them to get my refund money.

    Hi team

    Yesterday, i ordered pizza from pizza hut through swiggy and the order received was half eaten. I was shocked to see that and this has broken my trust to use swiggy in future.

    I contacted the customer care agent and he provided me with an inr 225 coupon in next order. I want to make sure the delivery boy is penalized for his actions.

      I am a swiggy partner.
      I am not able to add "item category" and "item sub category" option in menu bar. These options are the older ones. I want to make a new category and a new sub category. I don't want to choose from older options.
      Please make this a proper user friendly website. I believe many restaurants can't make desirable changes. I read many complaints and no solutions were given to them.
      Add options for more editing and let me know updates asap.

        I'm a regular customer of swiggy as i stay away from home... But the experience with swiggy is detoorating day by day... I placed an order waited for 1 hour for my order when i cannot the delivery executive he says i'm not gonna deliver your order??? I mean really??? Then why did he even pick up the order?. If he doesn't want to work??? I was being very polite but he was arrogant and he said he is not going to deliver the order!!! I want an explanation to this swiggy!!!

            My account got suspended for no apparent reason! And i wrote them a mail and got a reply saying that nothing can be done as it was automatically suspended by the system!! This happened only after the payment page!
            I tried logging out and tried to log in again but it takes me to registration page and upon entering my details it says that the number is already registered !!
            Also note i am a SUPER member of swiggy.

              Have written mail on 22 apirl 3 days back and no replay came yet.

              On 17th of april i ordered from adigas and food is not delivered to me.

              I enquried swigy customer care on 17th only since food is not delivered to me but no action taken.
              I raised query on 18th through chat due to same issue and no action taken.
              I complaint on 22 through email and no replay came.

              I order food order 10.37 pm on 17th april and swiggy delivery status is showing delivered on 18th 1.31 am so it took 3hrs to update status? But order is not delivered to me.

              I need my refund as soon as possible and also i need apology letter from swiggy because of not delivering my order and as well as it took one day to delivery as shown in the app.

                Ordered chicken mughal biriyani in alif biriyani restaurant nearby home in madipakkam chennai. Seems different biriyani mixed with egg podimas and only one chicken piece full of bone. Taste also differs. Oil also. Disappointed. It does not looks like alif biriyani while we go and eat direct there. My food order number is [protected]. Need response immediately.

                  I have ordered prawns biryani from reddys paradise biryani. They have delivered the spoiled rice and uncooked prawns after waiting for hour. When i raised the concern to customer care they said they will take my feedback and pass it to the restaurant people. And no solution for us they siad indirectly to have this uncooked food and to spoil our health. After this repeated bad experience i am deactivating swiggy app and will never look back and will never suggest to anyone. Its waste of money and health.

                    Order no [protected].. I ordereddered dinner meal in swiggy on cod basis.. After picking of order the delivery didn't reached and taken a different route for long.. When i called he said because of another order which couldn't see (But he was right on this).. Then he came to my location and started talking about other orders and left without taking cod.. Later when he called me then only i realized that it was cod because usually i go for online payment. I asked him to come back to take money.. He said u people sit in room and ordering without any pain and all he started.. I said to him there is 2 option s either bi pay through customer care desk or u come and collet.. When he came he threatening me saying i'm local guy.. U should not raise ur voice and all.. If i don't want to pay why i will pick is phone or why i would have contacted their customer care for support in payment..
                    Dear swiggy team even i too coming from a logistic frim.. Please do proper background check and provide behavioral training to him..

                      I had ordered from burger king on 16/04/19 and in return i was delivered a wrong package. When cimplained and demanded for refund, i am being made to run in circles for the past week. No development has been made on this case and i want this to be checked. I demanded a refund but thrice they said that due to some technical issues the transaction got terminated. When i demanded replacement of that order they are denying to do so. Even if i m asking for swiggy coupon of that value ther are not doing so.. They are just initiating a refumd and later on saying that it is getting terminated due to their technical issues because of whcih i have to suffer

                        I was ordered 21 april for ice cream jar but i was received wrong product faluda so i refused to take it and my order cancelled from app after that i was immediately contact coustomer care abhisek assured me we will compsulted 180 rs my next order because i was already paid with my amazon pay balance so in second day i was ordered but i was surprised they stopped my cod account then i was chat so they told me after 5 to 6 order they will open my account so i was realize cheating by them after that i was chat many coustomer care but they refused my money back so it is a cheating company

                          I am order in sharmaji pujabikhana items 2 paneer tikka masala and item 1 paneer tikka dry and my order amount is 250/- but upi (G pay) 300/- amount paid. And items 1 paneer tikka masala missing. Paneer tikka dry food is very bed. So please solution in my complain and refund my order amount.                             Hello sir / madam
                            I was working in swiggy as delivery executive at patiala, punjab. Swiggy conducted a physical verification for me but the verification done on wrong address (82-f, partap nagar...) and claim that there is a fir registered against me at my local police station. I got call from my fm (Harpreet singh) and he said me to provide a noc and a character certificate but on the same time i informed him that upper mentioned address is not my and showed him my addhar card with my correct address and requested him that please email to swiggy head office for my correct address and arrange a reverification. After few days my fm called me again and ask me for my resignation or noc. He forcefully closed my id and asked me to leave the office. But there was no verification done at my correct address. After this i had lost my job and i am in stress and harassed by swiggy fm and other office staff. So decided to file a complaint and looking forward justice for me from swiggy head office and want my job back. Thanks

                              I had ordered my food at 9.20 and mistekely address was my residence address and i wanted delivery at office address i tried to cancel the order they asked for assistance (Executive priyanka) and she said she will change the address. But after 30 min delivery boy calls and says he can't deliver the order and he said me to cancel the order i said i have already told executive agreed to new address so iam not going to cancel, u cancel if you want but after 1 and half our another delivery boy calls and he is like where is the address i said opp mahalaxmi temple he said i can't deliver the order i told executive to call me and discussed about the problem and he disconnected the call he was very ride tried calling on the number he disconnected and order got cancelled and they took cancellation fees from me... It's swiggys fault.. Why should i pay the amount i know it's small amount i want refund for this.

                                I understand in this digital world many things may go wrong and some transaction may get failed due to technical reasons.. But here at swiggy customer service after all proof first they said yes you paid but it will take 24hrs time. Then after 3 days they are saying you didn't paid. And they are not replying me and simply closing tickets. I want my money back or the super subscription which was charged 129rs. Kindly review screenshots.
                                Yesterday afternoon i had booked the food oder from the hotel bimas in kakinada eg.dt a.p through. Swiggy.

                                In my account 503rs had debited
                                But oder had not came to me.

                                  - I order Veg Penne Pasta from Truffles Church Street Bangalore from Swiggy and got the food on April 23 2019 at 12:16 PM with order ID:Order #[protected]

                                  So once i received the food i started eating.But having a couple of spoons later i realized that it is Non Veg Penne Pasta. I'm in office now and i'm not at all feeling good and i feel very sick.

                                  From a consumer perspective the Swiggy delivery agent had to check the for the order details and again double checked with the restaurant and then delivered to me. This is totally not acceptable.

                                  This is should never happen at first place but it happen this is not at all tolerable and you refund me back the money? What about my values should i receive the refund and keep my mouth shut??

                                    I order a bucket chicken, two me chicken burgers 2 mayosinne in meet and eat but they did provide Mayo sause in my order this the first time my order was not provided correctly . Kindly take some action regarding this incident

                                      My order #[protected], i made an order on 27th march 2019 for rs 420, when i made the payment through netbanking first time i got a message that payment for unsuccessful, then i again paid it for rs 420 and received the order.
                                      Also got a message from swiggy the payment will refunded to my bank account in 5 to 7 days. But after a weeks time nothing has been credited back to my bank account, then i chatted with swiggy customer care and they said to check with the bank on this refund. I checked with my bank they said rs 420 credited to swiggy twice and no refund has been initiated from swiggy. Then i again chatted with swiggy and said the information which i obtained from my bank. Finally they accepted that there was a technical error from there end while processing the refund and said they will escalate this issue to their team. But as on today (23/04/19) nothing has been refunded back to my account and the response which i got from the rep is pathetic. Help in how to file a complaint against this issue.
                                      I have not made any recent cancellations but they have made COD unavailable to me despite repeated enquiries. They keep telling me the same thing that I have to give few prepaid orders, instead of solving or understanding the issue.
                                      I have received crispy chiken material and seaking chiken between the ingredients .It was very bad and have very few part of chiken. I think we should not order again to swiggy and advise same to our friends.i. Am surprised how is the swift approved this type of vender.same in chiken biryani also.very bad in taste and materials. Sorry swiggy.

                                        While ordering the food in swiggy it is showing that food will be delivered in 32 minutes but even after 1 hour also it was been not getting delivered,
                                        This was the fourth time i was facing this issue with this swiggy food delivery app
                                        For example today i ordered food at 1.05pm and it shows that it will delivered in 32 mins but at present the time is 1.36 and still it is showing 22mins does it mean 31 minutes for us is equal...
