Swiggy — Not Satisfied With Product no exchange and No return

I bought an umbrella from Swiggy Instamart on 24/07/2025. In the images, the product looked very good, but in reality, it turned out to be of very poor quality and much smaller in size. Even a slight breeze causes the umbrella to flip backward. I'm completely dissatisfied with this product. However, the company is not responding and is saying that there is no return or exchange policy. Please help me resolve this issue.
