Swiggy — One item missing in order

on 12 July 2025 I have placed a order from swiggy app, order number was #[protected]. In which one food item was missing. Same day I raised a complain on same app. But not positive response recieve from their side. Then I mail them for same matter- request number 25451797, now they replied they wont be able to refund in this matter. Plz help to get my refund.
