I recently ordered veg biryani from restaurant called Biryani Blues. I called the restaurant and they informed me that food is already prepared and packed within 15 minutes. I called the Swiggy executive regarding the issue and requested them to assign delivery person so that I can get my food. But they denied by saying that order is still on time and I will get food. I was in a sense of doubt that I would get cold food. That's why I called them but they ensured in case your food is cold, please call us again and we will compensate you for that or we will refund you with your money. But later on post delivery when I called them or tried to contact them, they refused. I had no other option then I put an email regarding the complaint. I also contacted the Twitter support team but there also I got the same response that we can't help you in this issue. This is a kind of fraudulent that Swiggy is doing with each and every customer. I want complete refund for my inconvenience and an additional compensation for wasting my time and efforts and trying to fool a customer. Was this information helpful? |
