I ordered soup from instamart and received something wrong and useless product. I paid more money as delivery charges then product cost itself.

And their customer support are very rude and harassing. They didn't take action against it.

    I have ordered cake which swiggy was showing was MRP of 410Rs., with delivery I paid them 450 Rs, and then they delivered cake with MRP printed as 330Rs. Also the product delivered was all spoiled, we tried to complain swiggy but they aren't having enough time to give solution or apologize.

          Hello Swiggy Management,

          I am writing to express my immense disappointment with the delivery of my recent order in subject . I am a regular swiggy customer and facing this kind of issue has really lost my trust in swiggy and its services. The order was placed today for grocery items. The poor standard of delivery and the delivery persons attitude disgusted us in every way.

          Incident:

          Delivery person name Ganesh rings the doorbell in rush repeatedly 2 times, within seconds my father opens the door being puzzled and hear the delivery guys screaming "ae jaldi open karo door mera haath dukh raha hai saman bohot bhaari hai" while he had already dropped the items before reaching our door, proof being his clothes were messed up with atta falling all over him. He then threw the whole package in front of the door causing the whole package to tear up and all the food items were on the floor. My father asked him " what are you doing? Is this the way you should deliver the food items?" hearing this the guys started yelling saying " haan lena hai toh lo nahi lena hai toh jo karna hai karlo" . I the (Daughter) came out hearing this guy shouting at my father who is an old senior citizen and tried to ask him what the problem was? at this point he started yelling even more and says "saman bhari toh mein kya karu" i was shocked with his reaction. i told him this is not the way you should behave; it is not a customer problem that the items are heavy for him and that he should deliver us damaged items or throw it at our door. I told him pls take the items back as we will not accept this item or his behavior. He constantly kept raising his voice and said I will not take this. My father told him to wait as I will call swiggy customer care to complaint. On hearing this he got even more agitated and came near to my father's face abusing and said " agar mujhe penalty milana toh dekh mein tere saath kya karta hoon. My father said if you are trying to threaten me then I will call the police. He said " ja bula kisiko bhi bula and ran away with the stuff lying at our door.

          Complaint to swiggy- I immediately contacted Swiggy customer care hoping for a better reply and help from their end but to my Suprise i was even let down by them as the customer care only concentrated on the one order that was damaged and dint care about the whole situation we faced just because we trusted swiggy and placed order for our grocery. He just told me i am allowed to take legal action and that they cannot take back the item or provide a refund, they would only replace the damaged item. In my opinion, there was no sympathy, empathy towards the situation. Moreover, they expected us to pick up the thrown items from the door and keep it. I spoke to 1st representative named Feroz and his supervisor Zafar who even refused to give a call back to such a sensitive situation even when I requested. He just told me I will replace only one item that is damaged and disconnected the chat without me even acknowledging.

          I have dealt with many customer care representatives and have been one myself in the past but my experience with swiggy customer care was the worst.

          I dont think anyone including swiggy staff and management would accept thrown food items at their door and this kind of behavior. In my place anyone would immediately have expected to get full refund and strict action towards the delivery person and an inquiry to the vendor, but the action taken by your customer care staff is not even close to what normally someone could have expected from a reputed company like yours.

          Resolution I expect:

          To take strict action towards this delivery boy and complain to the vendor. (to update me on the action taken)
          Refund us in full at the earliest.
          I would appreciate it if your team could undertake a review of the customer service training program and ensure that representatives are equipped to handle customer queries and complaints effectively. I believe this would result in a better experience for customers and a positive reflection of your company.

          This whole situation has left me feeling upset and highly disappointed, especially considering I paid upfront for a hygienic and safe delivery of my food items and hope that in the future this kind of situation can be handled differently, so that others do not have to experience the same disappointment.

            Hi, so I lost access to my phone number as it got blocked out by apple.

            Now I want to login to swiggy but I can't because I have been blocked out and there's no way to recieve an OTP. Please suggest an alternative to login.

              Swiggy Order#[protected]
              I was waiting for my food order after placing order in app. I got call from delivery guy but I couldn't receive the phone call as I was in my office meeting . I was expecting him at my doorstep for delivery. But when I checked swiggy app it was mentioned the order was cancelled and my money would not refund. So strange, I have not cancelled the order. I called customer service and also mailed them. They said the order was cancelled. I have not cancelled the order. I did not click any cancel in the app.
              I kept on arguing that I have not cancelled but they didn't care.
              I multiple times mentioned that I have not cancelled the order. If cancelled then how come delivery guy calls me.
              I lost my money though I have not cancelled.
              This is totally unacceptable.
              They didn't enquire how it got cancelled.
              Did the delivery guy cancel without even coming to my door. They didn't check.
              Not sure how the order got cancelled but definitely I have not cancelled.
              They mentioned money can't refund as 100% cancellation charge. How come they charge cancellation fee when I have not cancelled.
              I want my money.

                Hey i am student at KOTA, iwas not having lunch today, cause it was too late for my class . so i decided to order from swiggy, i ordered at 1:20 pm, but its been 3 o clock did not recieved the order, although they promised me to deliver within half an hour, i was having my class at 2:15, i had to left my classes just because of these issues, i just want to ask swiggy, dont they know the value of time ? or there are having the team of scammers fro which they are scamming money from students at kota, dont you know the value of coaching lectures ? my order id on swiggy is - [protected]

                  I placed the order at 10:31 pm on 23rd Oct 2023. After the paymethe nt, restaurant started the preparation and ETA was 29 Minutes. I raised my first ticket at 10:55, saying where is my order. The delivery rider got re-assigned.
                  I got a call from the new delivery guy at 11:30 stating that the restaurant had not prepared the order since the item had been out of stock since 7:00 pm( it was in stock when i placed my order on Swiggy). I had an argument with the restaurant person for a proper reasoning. He conveyed to me that they had updated the item, is out of stock at 7:30 pm on Swiggy site, but Swiggy hadn't updated it for the customer end. Moreover, the restaurant didn't cancels my order even after 1hr and showed the status as preparation. I got a call from customer support saying the order could not be fulfilled because of non-availability of the item at 11:45 pm. The agent from customer support acknowledged that the mistake was from swiggy's end it had nothing to do with restaurant or customer. Agent conveyed me saying he will refund the paid amount and will give a coupon as compensation( which I didn't receive). I asked for a transfer of call to the supervisor/ senior. The agent assured me and canceled my order at at 12:19 am and refunded my amount without my consent, where am still waiting for the call with senior agent. The ticket still remains active without any communication. I want proper compensation for this inconvenience from Swiggy, as even the agent acknowledged the mistake.

                              The chai delivered was stale and smelling. I complained about it in Swiggy customer care and requested a refund for the same. Swiggy denied providing any refund. Need a refund of 208 rupees for the order.

                                I have ordered parathas from swiggy but there was too much turmeric in that paratha that i couldn't even eat it and then I raised this issue in swiggy but there was no response from there end they asked me to wait for resolving the matter in 6-8 hours but it's been more than 30 hours still no solution

                                    They have spam my email ID and also not answering my calls. They delivery late due to their technical issue on 4-Oct. No one from the Order management team called to informed about the delayed. I have even check with restaurent, the issue was delivery partner was not assigned. When a person called he show attitude- Arjun Singh from escalation team and say this is the last team to reach and nothing will be done further. I asked for my full refund due to their irresponsibility and failed in the service.
