ORDER ID - #[protected]
ORDER DATE - 15.04.2024.
ORDER VALUE - Rs. 1349

Sweets were ordered on the above-mentioned date. When I called the delivery partner through Swiggy customer portal along with Swiggy customer care executive, delivery partner said that the item ordered was not available.
Since, the non-availability of the item, I had cancelled the order. But, instead of refunding the amount, Swiggy has charged me the full amount as cancellation charge of Rs.1349 which is not at all acceptable.

I wrote a complaint mail to Swiggy regarding the same. But there is no response from their end.

Kindly help me to get the refund amount.

      Today I placed order #[protected], The address i can see in my profile is correct, but not sure from where It was taking Electronic city and the delivery boy was arguing very badly. I connected to customer care and they are simply telling they can not help . they simply cancelled my order without no refund. this is simply a fraud case. either you redeliver my order or refund please, else i have to go for a police complain.

        Bill no [protected]-101135 Order no [protected] 45 Online order ID [protected] dated[protected]:25:43

        Ordered via swiggy, subway sandwich and crispers.

        One item crispers was missing and the bread was plain even though order was honey oats and Paramesan. Swiggy offered a refund amount less than the missing item! They never refunded it as we did not accept. But there was no further grievance redressal. No money received nor issues solved or heard.

          On 18/4/2024 at 1:10pm, I received a mail of a order delivered successfully.
          I didn't placed any order then i checked the mail and the details in it.
          I'm from Indore and the mail was about an order that got delivered in Kota, Rajasthan. there was a name mentioned maybe he could be the person who's using my mail as his. the name of that person is Rohit. Please take action on him. I'll be providing 3 screenshots of mails i received 1 on 15th April, the second on 17th and the third that i received today.

            Expired date icecream provided

            Hi Team
            Today (17th April 24,) we received expiry date food delivery by Swiggy (expiry date 19th Feb 2024)
            Swiggy is not replying properly for this serious matter
            Don't trust on Swiggy
            Feel cheated from Swiggy for their such pathetic behaviour with customer
            We shared pics of box but they are not able to read it
            Very much disappointed...

            I ordered an order of PANEER MOMOS from PA JI FAMILY RESTRO...RAI PULWA, KANPUR from SWIGGY INDIA and this was the [censored] I got + it good around around 1.5 hours to order my deliver
            I'm gonna hate SWIGGY fr.
            So disappointing.

            Swiggy is scamming everyone on regular basis nowadays by not delivering orders on time, by sending unsatisfactory food and so on.
            I need you to take any strict action asap to stop the distribution of bad food over the whole India.

              I have just procured the number [protected] but when I try to create account, it says account deactivated. I'm guessing it's deactivated by the previous sim holder.                 Dear Sir

                I have ordered 1 kg kaju katli sweet at my home @7:00 pm but still not deliverd by swiggy .

                Now showing the delivery after 148 mins.

                Total amount is Rs. 1150.
                I need to take refund my total amount.
                Now if they will deliver it, may not able to eat. It may be dangerous.
                Total 5 hrs passed but still not delivered
                Requesting you to pls refund my total amount Rs. 1150.

                  The agent did not deliver the food and has updated the status as delivered. He called me at 8.02 to give the OTP as Grill9 will only give it to him once the OTP is given to them. I checked around 8.30 the status was showing as delivered. I immediately reached out to customer support and trying to call him and there was no response. I have the CCTV installed in the building to show he has not come .

                        I ordered three pizzas from swiggy
                        Onions and paneer pizza
                        Makhni do pyaza
                        Tomato pizza
                        But in that order one pizza was missing onion and paneer pizza i tried to contact customer support they will refused to refund money we will pass your feedback to restaurant. I ask them to refund money but they refused by giving excuse that their guidelines don't allow them to do so. I want people not to use this stupid app. They are fraud.

                          We have ordered lunch (Order No.#[protected]) on 19th Feb, 13:30 Hrs from Udipi Gardenia through swiggy app in Bnaglore. We are returning after my Mother's funeral. The total cost paid was Rs. 761. The delivery boy named Tapendra Rawal was assigned. Our train reach KR Puram and we got down including my son (10 yrs) looking for food, then I called the delivery boy, he said some traffic on his way hence delayed, said he will reach in 8 mins,...

                          This is Amal P Mohan, I have been using Swiggy for a long time and today i need to inform you of this worst experience I faced from your side. I placed an online order for Rs.308. I used the same registered address for booking. I got a call from the delivery person and he reached a different location 1.5km away from me and refused to deliver.

                          I received a customer care call from swiggy, the number is [protected]. Lady from your customer support I don't know any name but the behaviour was rude to me. She refused to listen to me. Also informing me the address is not complete. The same address I used every time and also during booking I prerecorded the route to the delivery person in order to support him. Your customer support telling, pre recording will not work. If it wont work then why are you putting the option while booking food. I am using other apps like Zomato, Uber eats where I never faced these types of issues.
                          After this call, the lady cancelled my order. Please note I didn't place a cancellation request. I told her i[censored] cancel i need a refund that's all. Now the order is cancelled and my entire money is lost. Again I informed customer support and they also refused to help. This is unacceptable. Money will not come in the air, everybody gives value for money. So I need a refund of the full amount of Rs.308. If no resolution I get within 24 hrs, I will be logging complaints online to consumer court. I have all the chat history and recordings of the call with me. Please look into this and do the necessary things on priority.

                            I ordered grocery items from Swiggy The delivery partner called me and said your address is incorrect I told him my correct address he denied to deliver at that address he said contact customer care After reaching to customer care the support person said you will have to cancel the order and then we can refund the amount back to you and you have to reorder I asked him you will refund the amount right he said yes And my order was cancelled saying it’s non refundable Now my order invoice states correct address where the delivery partner did not reach And I have not received the refund After contacting the support team they close the ticket marking as resolved But this is scam Cheating people

                              Hi on 30th march 2024, 2 clock I ordered fish briyani order number [protected], I am feeling hungry that's why I selected nearest outlet 20 min delivery, in the app it shows delivery partner has not yet reached restaurant till 2:40, he delivered me at 2:50, I asked him if you are far away from restaurant why are picking up my order, someone who is nearby would have picked my order I asked, then he started using all local bad words and shouting at me in front of public in the main road, everyone is watching at me I feel shamed I am paying money just for asking reason also shouting at me on the public road, then I said I will complaint to customer care, he is coming out of the scooty and coming closer to me to hit me, that one minute I am scared suddenly I realized he is about to hit me, to stop him I said let's go to police station, then he went back to scooty and sat there, after that also he is scolding me you are girl you got afraid and keep shouting at the public place in the main road, i feel ashamed of everyone in front of public he abused me with all bad words there is no words to express my feelings in that situation

                                    I ordered some beverages in railway station but swiggy delivery partner refused to come so i told him come in entrance near the ticket window where all vahicle are allowed to enter and there is no need to park. Butter the delivery partner was strongly refuted to move from shop and support centre also support him and cancelled my order and charge me full of my order amount. So i just ask support centre to show me where you mentioned that that swiggy is not delivering order in station or near the station. Atleast you need to say us where's your rule is mentioned and also you didn't popup me that before ordering. It's our rights to know that but support centre agent is not providing this and continuosly saying it's non refundable so don't try this.
                                    I don't know what is wrong but i think this trending hashtag is perfect for them #looteraswiggy
