[Resolved] Swiggy — Order not delivered - No full refund | |
Order #: [protected] Name:Arulraj Sankar Day:[protected].03PM Amount: 370 RS My food order was cancelled informing that I failed to respond to executive call. 20 minutes before the order cancellation, I made a order before this #[protected], for which I got the order even before getting called from Swiggy executive as I was waiting outside. I was tracking the order [protected], delivery person did not even come close to my place and my order was cancelled in a second while I was tracking his. When I contacted swiggy support, they informed that I didn't not respond to his calls, which is not the case. Firstly he was a KM or two away from my place, secondly he didn't even contacted me at all. Swiggy informed to refund me 50% of the amount. My request: i) Why should the customer be the one getting penalised for associate fault? - I would like Swiggy to investigate and provide me proof that the delivery person contacted me. ii) I have wasted my time and also didn't get to provide my family with the desert I have promised them. I would like compensation from Swiggy along with refund. Thank you Customer complaints for providing path to consumers to raise their voice against cyber losses we consumers face. PS: Money is not a matter to me, I ordered food for 2500 RS today apart from this 370 RS. False claim that I did not respond to executive call is highly unacceptable! If the swiggy executive cannot deliver my order, he can very well explain his situation on my call, I can understand his situation if the distance matter during night I would like swiggy to state a plan of action please. Dec 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I received call from Neha from Swiggy's escalation team and received refund along with a explanation. Neha was courteous and informed on swiggy logs that a call was initiated which I haven't received. She informed further investigation will take place to understand what went wrong. Thank you Swiggy!
