Below i have pasted the complaint mail sent to Swiggy on which i have received no reply Yet.

Hello There,
My name is Milind Dhakre, Ph No [protected].
On 7th of August, I placed order at Mad MOMOs of Rs 370 and paid via AMAZON PAY. After the successful transaction while redirecting back in the app I have got a message saying "We are not sure your order went through", I checked in MY ACCOUNT Orders list and no order was listed/added/updated in the list.
So I contacted the customer care executive via In-App Chat and informed him about what happened, He said Even he CANNOT see any order placed and the money deducted will be refunded in 2 or 3 days (Refer the screenshots in folder 7th AUG of the chat from very day).
Considering the above i.e. 1st Order was failed, I have placed the same order again but this time i paid through PHONE PE, i.e 2nd order placed, Delivered, i ate it.
I waited for 3 days and contacted the bank for refund status. They said the transaction was successful and the issue needed to be addressed by Swiggy itself.
So i checked the App to access Chat and here i noticed that the previously missing order is now listed and to my surprise IT HAS BEEN UPDATED AS DELIVERED that too by the same Delivery guy Alim Bashir Shaikh who delivered my 2nd order which was prepaid via Phone Pe.
I spoke to customer care executive through chat today, all he replied with was just 1 line "I can see both orders delivered so i can't help you with it" (Refer the screenshots from folder 12th AUG)
Long Story short, While placing 1st order your app messed up after payment, No order was shown in the app or got updated to confirm or track the status. Cross checked with your customer care executive.(Check screenshots from the attached folder named 7th AUG)
Considering that the 1st order was failed (Confirmed by your Cust. Care executive) and i will get the refund, i placed the same order again, Delivered.
Here, I paid for 2 orders, Got delivery of 2nd order but NO refund for 1st Order instead a FALSE STATUS has been updated in the app.

# Got NO refund for 1st order paid via Amazon Pay.
# App suddenly started showing the 1st order details.
# Today, I found the 1st Order has been marked as Delivered Which was NEVER happened. (Check with you delivery boy Alim Bashir Shaikh)
NOTE: FYI, I am using the TATASKY FIBER 100 MBPS plan so there is NO chance of having a slow internet speed, If it was the case then the payment itself could have failed.
