I ordered an item through their app but of some reason i mistakely ordered another item so then i want to cancel it, but the order wasn't prepared and the customer care kept asking me they will 100%cancellation fee which i didn't understand at that time.
I will not ask my refund if the order was prepared or out for delivery because it will be the loss of restaurant but in my condition that's not the case

    DDelivery boy called me and said I arrived but when I called my multiple times 7-8times he didn't picup and after a while he cancelled my order I got mail that he couldn't connect me with how come this possible he called me so that is totally wrong they charged my total food amount I need my hard earn money

      A pre-paid order was not delivered but the order status was shown as delivered. Swiggy was unable to provide any assistance and they stated that the address that I provided was wrong. This was not the first time I ordered on Swiggy and numerous previous orders were delivered correctly to my address saved in the Swiggy App.

        Ok, so I have been a loyal customer to Swiggy until today.

        I had ordered lunch. After 1 hour post ordering, nobody came - ok - sometimes there are delays accepted.

        Another 15 minutes - nothing. Tried to call deliver exec. - his phone is unreacheable. I was getting anxious. After another 15 minutes, I get an email that order has been cancelled. I tried to call delivery exec., after multiple attempts I was able to get through. He said he had already been to my place but I was not available on phone so he took it back.

        My location is pretty accurate and none of my previous orders had been cancelled from Swiggy. My CCTV footage shows nobody came to deliver the order.

        I think it was a scam. Swiggy refused to acknowledge their fault. Hey, they even offered me Rs. 125 off on the next order - no thanks! I don't want to get scammed again.

        Also, the way the treated a loyal customer is shocking. They said their cusotmer service team tried to reach me for 4 minutes - LoL! Attached the chat.

        Try to stay away from Swiggy. Zomato is much better - 0 delivery issues so far!

          I have ordered :
          1) 6 butter aloo naan
          2) dal makhani 1
          3) dal handi 2
          4) mixed veg

          I have received fully damaged order dal makhani and naan was fully destroyed, where as dal handi and mixed veg were missing, i am really very very disappointed with swiggy's service on this regard, i have always been a loyal and happy customer to swiggy but this incident broke me completely, whether it was the items received, swiggy app, or the executive that came on chat to help me all of them were just so bad, that i was left with no other option to come and complaint here.

          I reported in the app that the items were damaged the bot initiated the refund of 365 even without letting me know the amount of refund it is issuing, and issued 365 whereas i was in presumption that it will issue full refund as it did not show me an amount where as after issuing refund it showed me refund issued 365 and one more msg popped up that was supposed to be there before issuance of refund that we will issue 365 as refund, if i had knew that 365 will be issued why would i agree for such a miserable order refund of 365, i have paid 730 and i ant my 730 back.

          I need my full refund. There was a technical glitch in the app for which the executive blamed me this isnt a way to treat customers swiggy mind it.

              I ordered my dinner from swiggy app. But i did not receive order, i already paid money (199 rupees) to swiggy. I called so many times to delivery executive. But he didn't receive my call. Finally i called him to my another number and he picked the call. When i ask him for order delivery, he told me that your address is so far, so i will not delivery this order. When i complaint to swiggy, i did not get any solution from swiggy side. I have recording of delivery boy. I am very frustrated. I didn't get dinner due to behaviour of delivery boy and swiggy did not supporting me.
              I am not happy with swiggy service. I want strongly complained to delivery boy (Deepak dahiya) and swiggy.
              Please take a strong action against him.

                I have placed an order amounting to 206rs from swiggy and the order wasn't confirmed and when I called the restaurant it said that the item was unavailable, so I cancelled my order and swiggy informed that my refund was initiated but it is still not credited in my bank account. I ordered on 10th August and still no refund has been initiated by swiggy as they said it will be refunded within 4days. They just gave a refund reference number and I don't even know what to do . This is so frustrating and I get scolding because of this. Thank you swiggy😡

                  I ordered from swiggy and they gave a wrong order on lower price. When i tried to raise a complaint they are saying i cant raise a complaint as the order was not updated as delivered. They said that they have escalated the issue. I cant contact the restaurant as the details they have provided is not a valid information. As the number is out of service or no incoming call is available for the number. They said that they will callback within 24 hrs but no callback came. They are cheating my money and say that they say they cant do anything as the order is not closed. But they are not closing the order for more than one week. Worst experience ever. No one should ever order from swiggy.

                    I ordered a cake on 5th aug from swiggy of rs 185. Due to the nature of the cake including egg i had to cancel the order and i put my request for cancellation of order immediately but as the customer care of swiggy took too long to come to chat, i had to wait for some time to cancel my order. And they didnt cancel my order immediately as they were trying to arrange eggless cake for me through the restaurant. Finally my order got cancelled and they charged me approx 50 percent i. E. Rs 92 as cancellation fee for delay in cancelling the order. Later on i had a chat with swiggy customer care executive and he assured me to wait for 4 to 5 days to get the full refund amount. Now they are refusing to give me full refund.

                    Hey Vivek, we would like to get this checked. Do note that cancellation fees are usually levied to compensate the restaurant for the food prepared. Kindly write to us at [protected]@swiggy.in along with the order ID and the screenshots of the chat where you were promised a refund, so we may look into this further.

                    as suggested i wrote a mail to swiggy customer care along with all the details. I got the reply through swiggy that the cancellation charges can not be refunded as there was a delay in cancellation of order. As I already explained the delay was due to Swiggy Customer care inability to come on chat immediately and cancel my order as they are performing the work with bare minimum staff in corona pandemic. Thus I was not at fault for the delay.

                      Hello SIr, Madam,

                      Below i have pasted the complaint mail sent to Swiggy on which i have received no reply Yet.

                      Apologies for not being to the point.

                      Hello There,
                      My name is Milind Dhakre, Ph No [protected].
                      On 7th of August, I placed order at Mad MOMOs of Rs 370 and paid via AMAZON PAY. After the successful transaction while redirecting back in the app I have got a message saying "We are not sure your order went through", I checked in MY ACCOUNT Orders list and no order was listed/added/updated in the list.
                      So I contacted the customer care executive via In-App Chat and informed him about what happened, He said Even he CANNOT see any order placed and the money deducted will be refunded in 2 or 3 days (Refer the screenshots in folder 7th AUG of the chat from very day).

                      Considering the above i.e. 1st Order was failed, I have placed the same order again but this time i paid through PHONE PE, i.e 2nd order placed, Delivered, i ate it.
                      I waited for 3 days and contacted the bank for refund status. They said the transaction was successful and the issue needed to be addressed by Swiggy itself.
                      So i checked the App to access Chat and here i noticed that the previously missing order is now listed and to my surprise IT HAS BEEN UPDATED AS DELIVERED that too by the same Delivery guy Alim Bashir Shaikh who delivered my 2nd order which was prepaid via Phone Pe.
                      I spoke to customer care executive through chat today, all he replied with was just 1 line "I can see both orders delivered so i can't help you with it" (Refer the screenshots from folder 12th AUG)
                      Long Story short, While placing 1st order your app messed up after payment, No order was shown in the app or got updated to confirm or track the status. Cross checked with your customer care executive.(Check screenshots from the attached folder named 7th AUG)
                      Considering that the 1st order was failed (Confirmed by your Cust. Care executive) and i will get the refund, i placed the same order again, Delivered.
                      Here, I paid for 2 orders, Got delivery of 2nd order but NO refund for 1st Order instead a FALSE STATUS has been updated in the app.

                      # Your App messed up the 1st Order (Check Chat screenshots)
                      # Got NO refund for 1st order paid via Amazon Pay.
                      # App suddenly started showing the 1st order details.
                      # Today, I found the 1st Order has been marked as Delivered Which was NEVER happened. (Check with you delivery boy Alim Bashir Shaikh)

                      NOTE: FYI, I am using the TATASKY FIBER 100 MBPS plan so there is NO chance of having a slow internet speed, If it was the case then the payment itself could have failed.

                        Today the delivery was brought in torn condition with food spilling over. The delivery boy was not even apologetic instead he was arrogant. His name is Manikandan as per Swiggy App. Totally unprofessional, bad behavior and unfit for customer service. He was carring 3 or 4 orders all dumped into 1 small dirty smelly back bag. Is swiggy having some delivery standards especially in Covid times. I have taken photographs of the delivery that was given today. If i dont get to hear from Swiggy management by this week I will upload those photos on social media.

                            I ordered 7 items with delivery charge ₹40. After order placed I got message 3 items out of stock. I tried to contact customer care and asked to cancel the order. But they have denied and also they changed ₹40 to ₹70. And they have no replied and cut chat. When I got items 2 ice cream was more than 7 month old, I again contact to customer care and thier response is was cheap and in completely fraud way.
                            Now I understood that they have cheated me. They are doing fraud with lots of Indian in thic covid time. 3 things I know about swiggy.
                            1. Selling old and expired food item for more benefits. They are clearing just approx expired item for gaining more profits.
                            2. Delivery charge changable either items are out of stock. It is completely fraud.
                            3. Third class customer care. They not helped you. They have fake policy.
                            4. Fraud and fake just gaining more profits.

                              Every sunday i place a order with swiggy, either i get less than half of food where i paid for full plate or the restaurant is serving rotten foods. Its really frustrating, this sunday even i placed order from swiggy. I received so little food, i felt ashamed of serving it to my family. Then i was bound to start cooking again. I ordered 1shawarma plate and 1magic thali where i got shwarma without chicken almost and that thali was suppose to half 2parathas, half biriyani rice, one egg, one kebab pc and 1pc chicken curry, but i received 1roti, 1spoon biriyani rice, one egg, one kebab pc and 1rotten pc of chicken curry. I paid a bill of 351 for getting this type of food. I cannot afford to keep on losing my money for these fraudster. I want my full refund, this is really getting on nerves now.

                                I’ve ordered food from a restaurant worth 327 from the swiggy. Everytime i order food i get a contact number of delivery partner in the app. But this time i haven’t got neither contact number nor calls from the swiggy dealers. And they said that my order is cancelled and my money was taken as the cancellation fees. When i asked them about sending my order back they are not agreeing to that or refunding my money. What are customers are they fools?

                                  I ordered pepsi pet bottle, classic chicken zinger & fries combo from kfc, bellandur sarjapur restaurant using swiggy app with cost of rs.264. But delivery person didn't bring the pepsi bottle. He told that restaurant didn't provided the pepsi bottle. I immediately contacted the swiggy customer care person but his answer is shocked me. He told that swiggy can't do anything in a rash way. He suggested just send mail to swiggy support. I mailed them but the reply is that they are unable to validate the my issue so they suggested me just rate the restaurant. They denied the refund amount for the amount i didn't receive. This is biggest scam swiggy is doing for 1000's of innocent people who can't raise voice against these kind of activities. Some one has to stop this.

                                    What i understood is, all the answers from your customer support team is system generated reply only. So, actually there is no way that you can understand the feelings of your customer!!
                                    However, i would like to bring in your notice that i was quiet happy with swiggy while i was ordering food in kolkata.
                                    Since i started ordering in bokaro still city, right from the first order i felt the service standard is unsatisfactory.
                                    # order #[protected]-first order was delivered after 75 min while it was supposed to be less than 30 min. Silly explanation - assigned delivery boy's duty is over so another delivery guy will be assigned.
                                    #order #[protected]-very next order was cancelled as the delivery guy mentioned the addres is not matching. The most funny part is the delivery guy is standing in front of the house. After cancelling the order the delivery guy said i can give you the food if you pay me cash. It was so humiliating but we paid cash and took the food as it was already late (10pm) and left with no option.
                                    # order #[protected]-again we ordered from 2 different restaurant. One order has been delivered and another order has been cancelled due to address not matching however this was the same restaurant i ordered first time.
                                    #order #[protected]-last evening another has been cancelled after 35 min while live tracking is showing that the delivery guy is just near to my home. And we didn't receive any call from the delivery guy or customer care. And there is no refund for that cancellation. How irritating is that.

                                    This is the type of service you are providing in bokaro. There is no value of customer there. They think customers are stupid. Very unprofessional. The way they are cancelling the order and playing everyday for no reason, it looks like customer satisfaction, customer sentiment or emotion is not important at all in your sop. Somewhere someone's kids or guests may be eagerly waiting for the food, but it doesn't matter for your delivery guy or your system.

                                      So i ordered a pizza from insta pizza, greater kailash 2 through swiggy, i received it, ate well enjoyed and right next day i plan to order again but it shows that i cancelled my previous order and when i spoke to the lady on the complaint chat on swiggy miss ankita she shows least interest in solving the matter
                                      I have screenshots of the calls from delivery guy as well his name also i had a conversation with swiggy executive the same night regarding the directions and the conversation i had with swiggy executive.
