I ordered food but they declined my order and my money got debited, this is the second time its happening the issue is money never gets refunded after 3 days...

I placed an order no. #[protected] from Monica Ice cream via Swiggy on 8th June 2020 in (Dwarkapuri) Indore. No reply from anybody Swiggy and monica ice cream, swiggy and monica ice cream customer care number is not in service, so I requested return my money....

Fraud by swiggy!!!

I have placed the order no. # [protected] dated 09 june 2020 from swiggy app downloaded from google play store.

Delivery guy picked up the order and called me saying that swiggy has wrongly provided delivery address. Hence he is unable to deliver the food at my address.

I used chat option on swiggy to highlight this matter, i got message on 09 june at 12.26 pm about

My freind had ordered food through swigy on 7th june 2020 under order number [protected],. And this order was suppossed to be delivered within 38mins but this order never got delivered... Ur delivery partner refuaed to deliver the order... And
Ur customer care executive advice to cancel the order... On ur advice i cancled my order and now am without food in this cricess... And to my suprise u have refunded just a partial amount......

I have placed the subjected order from swiggy using location services.

Delivery guy picked up the order and called me twice saying swiggy do not pay enough to deliver at my desired address.

I told him its fine, if you cannot deliver the order then cancel it.

After sometime when the products are not delivered, i used chat option on swiggy to cancel the order and take the refund.

I have placed orders for food using swiggy application. After that i tried to download the invoice from application but could not succeed.
Hence written a mail to customer support email, in response to which invoices were forwarded from swiggy but does not contain complete amount.

Even after repeated follow up no proper response is received.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering

The issue that i have experienced was: i had ordered food and observed garlic sauce - 20 rs., pita bread (2 nos.)- 40 rs. Were missing. I highlighted the same to swiggy, however they only refunded 20 rs. Remaining 40 rs. For missing pita bread is not refunded.

It occurred on: 2/06/2020

I placed an order from kfc via swiggy on 30th may 2020 in gurgaon. The delivery did not include the 330ml pepsi can which costs rs. 58. I contacted swiggy and tried to talk to a delivery executive, he lied and said that since the can costs only rs. 25, he will refund 25rs to my account or give some food coupon. This is reference to my swiggy oder id #[protected] dated :- 24/06/2020 from phone no [protected] i placed a oder from swiggy and realised i have placed from wrong location so i cancelled the oder in 4 minutes... My oder amount was 722 and cancellation fees is 361 for the same oder.. If it would have been more time i would have thought that the food was prepared by in 4 minutes only i realised i placed it wrong and cancelled and also u people...

Hello today for lunch i ordered food from oye noodles a restaurant highlighted by swiggy on their page. Three out four items were very bad quality not even worth feeding animals. I complained to swiggy at once but no action was taken. I oferred them to issue a refund or replace the bad dishes but on online chat they kept on insisting that i take a 200 rupee refund a d forget about this. It pains me to see how can i let the restaurant charge...

Hi i ordered from swiggy. I got cheated by swiggy. My order#[[protected]]i received 2 cheesyfries missing. While ordering i was shown 3 burger and 3 cheesy fries. I received 3 burgers and 1 cheesy fries. I contacted support for refund. They giving me options for coupon that time his now showing coupon amount and when i received that coupon amount is 150rs. To next order discount. But my 2 cheesy fries amount is 198 plus taxes but swiggy customer...

Your delivery boy picked up my food and was near my gate to deliver it. I requested him to come up and told him that the watchman will not stop you. He said we are not allowed to enter the property. To which i nicely told him that i have oreered almost everyday and the executive has come to my door to delivered. He kept arguing that we are not allowed. I asked him if he gets orders separately and if the rest of swiggy are given other orders....

I ordered biriyani they given plastic paper biriyani, I told to take back nu to swiggy but no reply from then pls action against swiggy now...

Order not recieved but money is deducted from my account...
