On 14 November 2020, I had placed an order from a Swiggy Access Kitchen restaurant, Haldiram's. I had ordered four items - 1 Khatta Meetha 175gms, 2 packets of All In One 200 gms, and 1 Khatta Meetha 175gms. Only 3 items were delivered instead of 3. I was delivered only one packet of All In One 200 gms instead of the two I had ordered. I complained with unassailable proof - an "unboxing" video, photos, and screenshots. Instead of apologizing for the issue caused and creating a new order to deliver the undelivered product, two Swiggy executives, Roniki Asaf and Manpreet Kaur, insinuated me of committing fraud and closed the issue. I want the missing order delivered to me or refund for the item should be fully processed.

    The bread with a meal and separately provided to us was smelling very bad. Even Taste is extremely bad. Food Quality is very bad and we could not be able to eat it. Even in the morning, the food is kept is as like delivered to us. We don't want to eat that kind of food and get food poisoned. The resolution provided to use was some coupon of value lesser than paid amount. I can't eat coupons and I was needed food at that point in time. I request to kindly refund the amount in swiggy money or in my bank account

      Ordered on Swiggy through gpay. Amount got deducted but the order was canceled.. After few minutes ordered again and this time used different payment method and it worked fine... But didn't get the previous amount of that canceled order.

          Swiggy has cancelled by order in app, but item delivered to me by delivery executive and delivery executive has taken cash from me.Also wrong item delivered to me.And I am falsely charged cancellation fee, despite of the fact my order is delivered.

            Items are not delivered and charged for it . Not processed refund. Ordered food from Hotel Lucky Jogeshawari west. Also parcel was not given in standard parcel.

              This incident happened today where iIchose the food to be delivered as per my gps location from a restaurant near me. After about 1 hour later, the delivery boy called to say that I am at the location but no one is there.
              They then cancelled my order and charged my a fee of FULL order amount. I tried chatting with them even recommending that they deliver the order at an additional charge, but they refused. my order value was 2000 rs. At the end, I was told sorry for inconvenience. This is complete fraud, people should be aware NOT to place any premium orders from swiggy as they will be out of 100% of the amount without any compromise at all. BEWARE, only order COD, you never know what happens once youve made full payment. Horrible experience from swiggy, I've been a very very regular customer, but no more.

                I had ordered food from swiggy on 08.11.2020. Details : Order #[protected] for Two paneer butter masala curries. The ordered was delivered on time. But when we opened and tasted the curry, it was bland, unfinished and was not eatable. The same was communicated to swiggy's customer care representative. They were beating around the bush and said me that we will make sure that the inconvenience caused to you will not be repeated again in the future and stern steps will be taken. I was categorically denied with replacement or refund both. I had notified swiggy to take this issue with the consumer court. They cannot do business by making losses to consumers. Will make sure they pay a big price for this mistake.

                  Today dated 8.11.2020, i order fish curry from swiggy ( order no.[protected]).
                  I received very bad quality food means only water mixed with oil n red chilly powder. Immediately i contact to swiggy customer care and share pictures what I received. But swiggy customer care executive not ready to accept about incident and they told me that they will share my feedback to relevant team that's it... But what about my money.? They not ready to provide refund? Why should I pay for bad food which ia not to mark.

                    If we order food, the delivery time will be more than the agreed time and more cancelled order by the swiggy payment has not been refund.

                      I have ordered some fast food items through swiggy on dated 25th October 2020 at the time of 18:03 hrs. After 23 min i checked my order status on swiggy application. I did not seen any update on my order and showing same status as like when i ordered items. Then i call to restaurant serval times but restaurant did not answer the call. Then i cancel the ordered items but i have not got refund amount. Then i call to swiggy helpline no. Swiggy customer executive told me " We can not refund full payment but we will refund 50 percent payment" but after 10 days i did not received refund i contact to swiggy by mail. Now swiggy declined we will not refund the any payment.

                        As always dissatisfied with the service i placed an order and the first delivery agent could not deliver, so they called me and asked that order will be late as the agent will not be able to deliver so we’d have to assign a new agent, the food was delivered late And very cold and i had asked them not to add some items but they did anyway i added special instructions for restaurant and talked to an agent as well but it was not followed i specially asked to deliver without raw onion and food should not be cold as i cant warm it up but still i had to pay them for food which i cant eat please look forward in this matter. I cant keep spending money for such services.

                          I place order in zyaka resturant via swiggy delivery partner. I place my order one full (8 piece) plate bone less and one plate chowmin. But i rececived half plate boneless (4 piece). Against this order id is [protected]. Many times i mail in swiggy bt not responce. This company didn't refund my amount. Plz help me.

                            I had ordered food from swigyy on 2nd Nov 2020. The order was not delivered as it was spilled by delivery person on the way.
                            The cost break up was
                            Food value 249
                            Packaging charge 7
                            Delivery fee 30
                            Taxes 9.07
                            A coupon of 75 was adjusted to total and i had made payment of 220.
                            Now they have added a coupon of 220 for non delivery which makes me pay for the same above product at 295.They are forfieting 75 .

                            When the food was not delivered a customer guy called me proactively and informed me whether i want to get refund or replacement . I choose for replacement and he informed and replacement is not possible immediately added a coupon. His voice was not clear that i infomrmed him during call. Before i could confirm the coupon the call was disconnected.

                            Firstly, when i checked the details they are giving me refund of 220 with 30 days validity which is my actual money. As i am not frequent swiggy user the entire amont will be forfieted i am afraid.

                            Secondly, i connected with customer care executive Tejas over chat requested him to initiate refund to actual source and remove the coupon. He informed me it will be removed in 4-5 hours and refund will be initiated in couple of days. I did ask from him what is the confirmation that refund is being initiated he informed me the orederid is reference id. Today when i checked the refund was not initiated and customer care executive denied to make the adjustment as it has pasaed 24 hours. So they are forcing me to use coupon for the mistakes they have done.
                            They failed delivery.
                            They failed replacement.
                            They deliberately or mistakenly had not initiated refund. They palyed with customer trust.
                            They are restricting validity to my hard earned money for 30 days.

                            I want refund of the amount to actual source.

                              Yesterday i placed an order of Rs 230, and the order never reached to me suddenly in my status it was showing the order got canceled automatically... now when i am seeking for a proper explanation from their customer service they are saying that the delivery boy waited for 20 mins . I asked them why the delivery boy didn’t reach to my location directly when the address was given accurate and just half an hour ago i received another order from swiggy which was delivered now they don’t have any explanation. This is the new tricks swiggy started to do to their customer to fraudulent their money. No trust for swiggy now.

                                This is to bring to your notice that me and my Husband Mr Kuntal Kundu ordered dinner from a reputed restaurant of Kolkata named Hatari through Swiggy on 22.10.2020 and the delivery location was my own house. The order No. was [protected]. About 1 hour after the order was placed, we could trace the swiggy delivery boy, Hamidul Mallik within 100 metres from our house. We received a call in the registered Mobile No. from landline No. [protected] (which is the No. of swiggycare as shown in truecaller) which was not clear and got disconnected. Afterwards we tried to call the delivery boy several times but failed to reach him. Neither he called us again. We frantically tried to reach SWIGGY from different phn no. for almost half an hour but failed and finally they cancelled the order from their end charging the entire paid amount of Rs 2134/- as cancellation fee.Though my home location was given clearly in order, the delivery boy did not come upto the location. I also went to the place where the delivery boy was supposedly waiting as shown in their map but no one was found. Being a reputed company like it is highly regrettable that customer's are being charged when the lapse of communication is at their end and also cheated as the delivery boy did not come till the given location. Moreover after complaining over chat for a long time, we could not get any proper solution from them.

                                We request Swiggy to kindly resolve my problem at the earliest and refund the entire amount since the matter is not only limited to our losing of the money and dinner but it was highly embarrassing in front of my guests who went off without having dinner at 11 PM.

                                We also attach the screenshot of the call list where it is clearly visible that we received call from swiggy only once at 10.23 PM and also seen how many times we tried to reach swiggy in both the number, from where we received call and the number of the delivery boy provided in the app.

                                    This is with reference to Swiggy order # [protected]. I had placed an order for Rs. 460 on 2nd Nov’20. I received a message at 4:20pm IST that since the delivery executive is unable to reach me, my order will be cancelled post 10 mins of me receiving this message. I went down my apartment as soon as I received the message (within 10 mins) and the representative was not available. Subsequently, I began chat with Swiggy, before the scheduled time given to me, and yet the Chat associates could do nothing to assist with me.

                                    Basic question – How would be my phone be unreachable, if I am chatting with Swiggy representative before 4:30pm IST and the time given to me to respond to the order is by 4:30pm IST. Also, there are 4 watchman present at my apartment. Why wasn’t an attempt made to reach me via watchman? Basic customer satisfaction techniques.

                                    What is more alarming is I had asked for a supervisor and one person by the name Sachin attended to me. He was copy pasting the same information without even trying to understand my concern. I was pleading with him to understand my plight and he just casually said he will refund Rs 230. When asked for a rational behind this decision, he got offended and said that he will now be not able to refund Rs 230 and to write into [protected]@swiggy.in. Basically, he was mis-using his power of supervisor and behaving in a way extremely unacceptable in current scenarios.

                                    I even told Sachin that people are losing their jobs because of the pandemic situation (I am one of them) and this order is the only luxury I could have afforded for my family in a month’s time. Basic human consideration is that a supervisor should have understood such situation (moreover since this Pandemic had the maximum impact on food industry) and not just copy paste the same information and treat the customer as some robot. Isn’t customer centricity and satisfaction a core responsibility of someone working at Swiggy?

                                    I know the rules and wouldn’t have chatted with a supervisor if he had to just copy paste the same information without having zero consideration for the customer.

                                    I hope that the person reading this will understand my point of view and the situation that is being referenced in this email. Frankly speaking, I don’t have any hope on my refund. The damage is already done in terms of affecting my family time. At least I hope you look into such pitiable Leadership employed at Swiggy and take strict actions, else you are looking at some major complaints in future relating to customer dis-satisfaction.
                                    My issue concerning Swiggy stands resolved.

                                      I have been reporting this issue since 19/10/2020. Swiggy has not taken any responsible step towards solving the matter.Please look into the matter and ask them to solve the issue immediately. I wrote to Swiggy the following and they have regularly communicating with me but till date NO SOLUTION. I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering The issue that I have experienced was: I had a detailed chat over my APP on October 7, 2020 in the night hours around 7.30 or 8.00 p.m. The payment was made through LAZYPAY and the statement reflects Rs. 565/=charged, and refunded and again charged 565/=. Again 580/= has been charged same date. Ireceived only one bottle of whiskey from D B Stores. The item from Mondal off shop was returned.Because as per your executive's call conference suggestion he asked me to take delivery of D B Stores and the executive will cancel the MONDAL off shop material. THEN how come you have charged for both the orders when I did not receive one of them. There is a gross error on your part. Pls check and confirm refund of Rs. 580/= to my Lazypay Account. The transaction occurred on: 10/10/2020 Pls arrange for refund of Rs. 580/- to LAZYPAY Account I look forward toyour prompt response on this matter.                                       Only one OTP was sent to me. That delivery boy from D B Stores (which was cancelled from your end) came to me to deliver. The order which I gave from Mondal Off Shop was confirmed and OTP came to me. I told thisto your delivery boy. He asked for the OTP. I gave the OTP which was not matching with his order. So he called the customer care centre and from there they asked me to accept this order and said we will cancel the 2nd order. But nothing happened. Luckily both the delivery executives were present before me. Both had a talk with each other. 2nd delivery boy asked me whether I recd the material or not.
                                      I said yes the other delivery boy who is present in front of you has delivered me after speaking to customer care centre. Then both of them left.

                                      The names of the delivery exectuves are : Md.Imran (this boy delivered me the product and he knows the whole story - OTP was not matching withhis.) Abhishek Dutta (this boy was also present at the site and time of delivery by Md. Imran and healso knows the whole story).

                                      HOW COME both the delivery partners confirmed the order had been delivered at my address ? PLEASE PUT THEM INTO CONFERENCE WITH ME AND YOU ALSO BE THERE ON THE CONFERENCE.LET ME SEE HOW BOTH SAYS THEY DELIVERED.ONLY MD IMRAN DELIVERED THE PRODUCT.AND THE OTHER FELLOW IS LYING. HE WENT AWAY WITH THE BOTTLE AND DID NOT DELIVER ME. WHY SHOULD HE DELIVER ME ? BECAUSE THERE WAS NO TWO OTPS WITH ME. THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTP WHICH WAS SHARED WITH MD IMRAN AS PER YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CALLER. PLS CHECK THOROUGHLY AND REFUND ME THE AMOUNT.

                                        No complaint was resolved past 7 days. Very unprofessional behavior swiggy support just tells to wait. request number 7889653, 7889628. Past 7 days I am trying to get a resolution I was promised confunding from swiggy. I have the call recording too. you can check from your end too. but when the payments have credited all discount was put on us. I immediately complained when I didn't get any resolution I immediately wanted to change the offer but I have put a request for discount change days 5 earlier, called swiggy support many times for a discount update as I am not able to do it from my side. Is this a Big Scam?????
