[Resolved] Swiggy — order was charged and then cancelled by their own | |||
Dear team, It's been long i am complaining against swiggy employees who are working at customer care and the technology of swiggy. Today i ordered a cake @12 midnight which was a prepaid order. I got a call from swiggy call centre at 1 am stating that they won't be able to deliver my order as restaurant is closed. I asked them to order it from their end from different restaurant but i need the order as i have paid rs. 364/- through credit card and right now i dont have sufficient balance on any of my card to order it. Either you guys provide me the refund now or else give me the order. If the restaurant was supposed to be closed then why the amount was charged to me through payment gateway. If the amount has been charged then they should deliver me the order according to their commitments. I don't refund into my source account as it gets credited after 3 days. I would like to take a complaint and put it in a penalization process. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 9, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved None of the steps were taken as per my requirement. I have pasted the chat history and also have call recordings which could be shared as & when required. I have requested them to refund my amount in the form of vouchers so that i can reorder the same product from different restaurant. As per their confirmation on call i would get the voucher within next 10 mins however it was not done. On the chat history I have requested them multiple times but no resolution till yet
