Swiggy — order was leaked and swiggy is not accepting their fault to refund or replace order

I order chiku shake and two ice cream from natural icecreme but the shake is completly leaked from the packet and it waste totaly. U can ask from to swiggy delivery boy vishal contact no. [protected] who deliver the packet. I had told him that i can't accept this order he informed me that just call to customer care they will replace your order or return your money in your account but they are not accpeting it and not responding to me from night i am trying to contact them. You can check the picture also attached. Kindly check the issue and solve it as soon as possible.
