I am extremely disappointed and mentally disturbed after receiving non-vegetarian food in a dish clearly ordered as pure vegetarian Paneer Masala from Punjab Hotel, Arya Nagar, Durg, through Swiggy. Although I am a non-vegetarian, I strictly refrain from consuming meat on Amavasya due to religious and personal beliefs. This incident has caused immense emotional distress, disgust, and a sense of violation of my faith. What was meant to be a pure vegetarian meal on an auspicious day turned into a deeply unsettling experience. The negligence and carelessness shown by both the restaurant and the delivery platform have not only ruined my day but also affected my mental peace and spiritual discipline. Such incidents show a shocking lack of accountability and respect for customers’ beliefs and must be addressed seriously.
