Swiggy — Payment Debited, Order Not Delivered

Hi, this is Shravan.

I had ordered food on Swiggy, but it was not delivered. I tried calling the delivery person, but he did not answer. I then reached out to Swiggy’s support team for help, but they are not responding. The amount has been debited from my account, but I have not received my order. Despite sending multiple emails to the Swiggy team, I have not received any response.

I have looped managers and leads in Swiggy in email but there is no response from then
