Swiggy — Price discrepancy and unfair charges on food orders

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the pricing practices of Swiggy. During a recent price comparison between the Swiggy app and the restaurant’s menu, I found that a specific food item was listed at ₹280 on Swiggy, while its original price in the restaurant was only ₹250.
Additionally, I noticed that Swiggy includes several extra charges, such as service tax, delivery charge, and handling fee, which I believe are excessive and not clearly communicated. This practice raises concerns about transparency and fairness in pricing for customers.
I urge Swiggy to review its pricing strategy and improve transparency regarding charges to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
