I have this attachment for your ready reference. While I have given the address clearly besides paid for the order, yet same is been cancelled fby swiggy as they could not find delivery partner to deliver the item at specified address even if they have location issues, besides also didn't refund the amount when order is cancelled from their end, is it not a case of harrasment and cheating?... I hope to get resolution...

      I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during a recent delivery service provided by your company. On 13th Feb a delivery was made to Madel housing board in tivim by one of your employees named Prasad. Regrettably, the experience my friend had with Prasad was far from satisfactory due to his rude behavior.

      prior to the delivery, my friend encountered Prasad, who displayed a dismissive and disrespectful attitude throughout the interaction. Despite my friend's attempts to communicate politely and clarify the address details regarding the delivery, Prasad responded in a manner that was unprofessional and offensive.
      This incident has left a negative impression not only on my friend but also on me as a customer of your service. Rude behavior from your employees is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your company. It is essential for your team members to uphold standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.

      I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate disciplinary action against Prasad. Additionally, I hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all customers.

        Friends,

        I had a terrible experience with Swiggy today. I ordered food worth Rs. 1775/- and found hair in my biryani. When I reached out to Swiggy, they simply told me that they can't do anything about the quality issue. It's disappointing to see that they don't care about their customers' experiences.

        I strongly suggest that you directly buy food from restaurants and avoid using Swiggy. Let's boycott Swiggy until they take responsibility for the quality of their service.

          On[protected], I attempted to make a purchase using the Swiggy app for an order amount of Rs. 572. Unfortunately, the transaction failed, and the payment was not processed. However, to my dismay, the corresponding amount was debited from my account, resulting in a double charge for that particular order.

          After waiting for a week without getting the refund, I approached their customer care team via the live chat feature on your app. Regrettably, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with your customer care representative. Instead of addressing my concerns and providing a suitable resolution, the chat abruptly ended without any proper explanation of my questions regarding my issue. His name was Aaronpeter, and he was telling me to contact my bank for the refund, which I already did and got confirmation from the bank that Swiggy had successfully received both payments several weeks ago.

          Even after multiple emails to them about this issue, they are just rejecting the refunds without any explanations. Considering the aforementioned events, I am left with no choice but to take serious action against Swiggy for not only the inappropriate behaviour exhibited by your customer care representative but also for wasting my time and energy and causing unnecessary frustration.

            Payment on swiggy order

            I have ordered cake in swiggy on 1st feb it is in cod. i asked delivery boy to take by cash but he asked to do by paytm and i have sent in paytm but the amount sent in paytm are in process. Again i did payment in swiggy app. i asked to delivery boy to give the number if the amount credited in your account sent it back but delivery boy did'nt given the number he said if it credit i will sent. next day the payment made in paytm was successful....

            I ordered food of 124 rs on swiggy cancelled automatically after some time i ordered same food by cash on deleivery but my UPI amount stil not credited to my account

              I reserved a restaurant booking for 15 persons in Barbeque nation through swiggy app in their dine out option. In the app it was showing for two person for Rs.1900 plus additional discount of 15% if payment made through HDFC bank card from dine out option. But while making payment through swiggy dine out app only Rs.251 discount from SWIGGY for a total bill of Rs.18383. In the offer, there is no mention of taxes extra neither it was mentioned service charge will be charged. The restaurant simply charged as per their rate.

                I received my order with an item missing after waiting for about 1 hour 30 mins. The delivery driver didn't even check if all the items were present before delivering my order. And it was so late that I couldn't even get the restaurant to send me a replacement order, nor would Swiggy. The order number is [protected].

                Beyond the fact that I could not have a proper dinner, the customer care agent (the second one) I was talking to made this situation all the more frustrating and sad. They kept asking me to reorder, why did I accept the order??? Like this is an absolutely wild conversation. Simply refunding doesn't seem like a resolution here. I am tired and hungry; to order again, I have to spend more than what I was refunded.

                  I ordered few products from swiggy instamart as a present to my friend on his birthday occasion. I got it at a very good deal for 305 rupees(after good discount). Though the expected delivery time was 7 mins, but i waited for half an hour without any update. I then contacted the chat support department for an update and they asked for some time to check and i allowed. In few minutes i got a text message on my number that my order has been canceled. The problem is they did not inform me about any problem at their end nor did they asked for my consent before canceling. Since the chat was still open, I asked there why my order was being canceled but the chat was closed stating that i will get a refund of 438 rupees(different than the paid amount). I tried contacting the instamart team again on chat platform(It was the only option available) and i insisted on speaking on call but Arshi(agent) denied and kept on delaying the response. Upon connecting on call later, she said that some other delivery partner has picked my order and internal team canceled the order for this reason. I asked her for replacement of my order but she refused. After wasting half and hour and being insisted on transferring the call to her senior, she transferred the chat to Preety Paul from Escalation desk and then she connected me over call. I put forward my request to help me with a replacement and she denied stating refund has already been issued and it can not be processed now. I told her that i am ready to pay 305 rupees again but she said it is not possible. Surprising part was the reason she mentioned for cancelation was different from the previous agent as she mentioned that stock was not available in store.
                  First of all, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes before abruptly canceling the order.
                  Then, they canceled the order without my consent and did not even inform me that they are proceeding ahead with cancelation.
                  Adding to it, they mentioned that they will provide a refund for 438 rupees but i received only 305 rupees.
                  Also, they kept on wasting my time for no reason on chat platform providing a very delayed response and also denied to help me with any replacement.

                  I am frustrated with this experience and ended up wasting 1.5 hours for the same. It also ruined the entire experience for me.

                      The order mentioned above was not delivered to me by the delivery company.The delivery person VIJAY SAINI took all the OTPs and did not deliver the order.
                      I want my refund as well as compensation for the inconvenience this company has caused.

                          Respect Sir/Madam, In Swiggy on 10/1/24 I have ordered Chicken Biryani from Salem RR Biryani Ungavam, Yashoda nagar, Keelkattalai, chennai. The food quality is worst and chicken is adulterated. It’s not fresh chicken and smells bad.

                          Looks They have mixed the chicken pieces in the biryani and it smells bad. The chicken pieces are black in colour and completely unsafe to eat.
                          Even inside the piece also the flesh is black.
                          I have already complained to Swiggy and no proper response from them on this. This kind of adulteration will ruin the public health and a strict action need to be taken on the restaurant and Swiggy. Please do the needful sir. I am attaching respective images. Please find.

                          I have already raised a complaint with food safety department. The below is the complaint reference number.

                          Swiggy responded to me like nothing happened and the refund could not be given, I am expecting a refund of the order amount and a strict action on SWIGGY.

                                  Twice I have order from swiggy.
                                  On 17.1.24 &1 8.1.24 .I haven't got call from delivery boy.
                                  I tried to call delivery executive but unable to reach.
                                  I paid Rs 1151 + Rs 1062 for both orders.food was not delivered
