Swiggy — product packaging and spillage issue not resolved | |||
I have recently ordered 4 cupcakes from a know restaurant bakingo. So i faced this spillage and packaging issue mainly and due to which all of my cupcakes got spoiled. Firstly i requested swiggy's chat support to solve the issue which they denied to do and have asked me to share an email to them. Meanwhile they promised that i will get a call from their support team. After sharing that email what i received was sorry for the inconvenience caused we have noted your feedback for future purpose and will make sure from future. They didn't shared it's refund not even their replacement nor arranged a telephonic conversation with their senior. On requesting for the same they just had one twisted and repeated line that they have forwarded my feedback to their team and will ensure from future onwards about the same. Let us all stop using swiggy. They are doing the same to me too. Spread to as many friends as you can and tell them not to use swiggy
