Swiggy — Received expired items or almost near to expire date

Yesterday, I had ordered 6 box of tata tea premium 1kg each worth rs 312 for each box. Shockingly when I've received all three orders, paid 685rs for each order.

One tea box was expired has an manufacturing date of February 2022 itself, rest of 5 boxes were of March 2022.

So one cannot consume more than one tea box before that time period.

I had requested swiggy multiple times regarding this issue, all i felt swiggy didn't wanna hear my concern no matter what, because they wanted to cleared out its stock at same rate of market. Even they don't mentioned expiry date on its website or app. On basis of that, they don't offer a replacement or refund.

How could they even sell any items which totally against the rule and crossing the line even customer could loose his money or time?

Swiggy is neither replacing nor refunding the amount at any cost.

All I'm getting same kind of response from each customer care executives either from chat or from email support.

This is pure cheating and fraud case which swiggy deliberately wanna strech this.

I would like to request you to take further action against swiggy for cheating and harassing a customer without any cause.

Reason behind this is quite clear,
Customer paid the amount for respective items without having mentioning of expiry date on its website which against the rule.
Secondly, they don't offer refund or replacement which against the rule.
Thirdly, they cannot even send an expired items to any customer at same market rate which is again against the rule.
Last but not the least, they cannot repeat same kind of response every time to customer concern which is again against the rule.

If they are being offering something, then they have to do something.

All i felt as customer, swiggy and respected swiggy stores are totally involved in this scam or cheating.

That's why swiggy has denied my replacement or refund request no matter what consequences they have to face in future.

I need justice from swiggy, i need my money back, i need compensation for wasting my time till now since yesterday.

I'm getting all same response from swiggy, instead o[censored]nderstanding the concern, swiggy is keep telling me the same thing that they cannot replace or refund anything.
So swiggy store can send anything, and swiggy is there to cover their mistakes everytime.
This is pure cheating and fraud case.
#Bannswiggyy permanently.
