I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent order placed through Swiggy Instamart, in which I received a product that was past its expiry date. This is not only unacceptable but also poses a serious health risk to consumers.

Despite reaching out to your customer support, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, it is mandatory for consumable goods to be clearly labeled with manufacturing and expiry dates. Delivering expired products violates this regulation and undermines consumer trust.
I request the following actions:
- Immediate refund or replacement of the expired product
- Investigation into your quality control and inventory practices
- Assurance that such incidents will not recur
I have attached photographs of the product and the packaging as evidence. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum and relevant regulatory authorities.
