Swiggy — Received Non vegetarian dish instead of vegetarian dish

Hello Team,

I have ordered 1/2 Kgs Veg Hyderabadi Dum Biryani from "Biryani By Kilo" through swiggy on 5th March 2026. However I have received chicken biryani instead. Since I belong to a Jain community where the non veg consumption is strictly prohibited so it has seriously hurted my sentiments.

I want the strict possible action on the vendor and a fair amount of compensation so that another customer don't need to face the similar issue that I have faced yesterday.
