Myself Mahi Khandelwal I ordered A pressure cooker From Swiggy, few days back on 10th july, at aprox 9 pm, And the product Wasnt mentioned Correctly On the store Hence after ordering I got to know That it Isn't what I was supposed to order and hence I returned it. Now it's almost been a week And I'm not getting any form of responses Firstly I was told I'll receive three coupons valued 500, 500, 385. When i discussed more on this with the agent he agreed to give me a NEFT form which Will help me With the refund in my source account He mentioned But it will take up to six working days. After which swiggy Initiated a reverse pickup to collect the item And take it back to the warehouse. After 4 to five working days I send them a mail Regarding the issue And within 24 hours they gave me a response That mentioned" Sorry about the inconvenience Cost He would like to Issue you a coupon of value ₹1382 Which is a one time issuable coupon That would be visible within 24 to 48 hours In my account offer section" Now it's been a day And I cannot see any offer section Where I am supposed to I access my coupon Also not getting any form of Response on the app help section The order ID The invoice and Screenshots are attached below.
