[Resolved] Swiggy — Refund
Am trying to get refund for an unsuccessful order for past one month. I had placed an order for food but the order failed and money was deducted from my paytm account. Order date was june 28. Order id [protected]. I haven't got the refund for the same even after multiple contacts with swiggy.
When i contacted paytm for the refund below is their reply

You had informed me to contact paytm for refund. Please find below the reply from paytm. They have asked to contact swiggy. The order didn't get placed successfully and money was deducted from my paytm account. It's been almost a month that am trying to get refund and just being given a run around. If my issue is not getting resolved i will have to raise a complaint against swiggy at consumer court forum and also through all social media networks.

We understand that your transaction at "swiggy" against order id [protected] was not successful. However, your amount was deducted.
We have checked, the transaction is showing as successful in our system.In case you have still not received the desired services, please contact "swiggy" customer care.
If payment/transaction failed (Amount debited from wallet) then the amount will be refunded to your wallet within 3-4 working days.
In case, if amount is not refunded to your paytm wallet within the mentioned time then please come back with the consent email from the merchant where it is mentioned that merchant has refunded the amount/transaction failed with the concerned order number.
