Swiggy — refund not received

I have ordered via phone pay. Amount got deducted from my phone pay wallet, my transaction i'd is p1811042051346132238115. Order didn't confirmed and not got delivery.
And amount also not refunded, i tried to cl customer care but really they having wrost customer service am calling with my registered mobile number only but they will deny the call saying it's not registered
Number or its not correct, so there is no other option to solve this. Kindly resolve my problem and initiate refund for payed money.

Ordered food via Swiggy on 28/10/2018, payment made through Internet banking but no response from Swiggy until now.No refund still past 24 hours . Horrible SWIGGY!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.REFUND PLUS INTEREST FOR NON PAYMENT SHUD BE MADE IMMEDIATELY!

Order # [protected] on 29oct18. Wrong order was sent to me by swiggy and i immediately ordered cancellation of the original order. The total amount i paid was INR618 and I was refunded with INR(578-70)=508. Despite talking to customer care of swiggy they did not return me refund me 100% amount saying some system error. 100 percent refund not given
As per msg confirmation from Swiggy on 25-Oct 2018, I'm supposed to receive a refund of Rs .443/- in my bank acct.
Reference no. sent by Swiggy team is 5404766950446459903053.
Unfortunately the amt. is still not credited to my acct.
Please solve this soon!
