Swiggy — refund not yet credited

Hi,

I order on swiggy and delivery person can not deliver order on mention address. Even swiggy and guy argue instead of cooperate.

They deducted amount instead of refund.

Worst experience.

[protected] call me and cooperate to avoid kind of trouble in future.

I ordered from Swiggy on November 1st and I paid but my transaction was not reflected on Swiggy.

I've Immediately I called customer care they said your amount will be refunded within 4 to 5 days, But still i didn't receive the money back ! Kindly Kindly help me get refund.

I placed order in Swiggy.The amount of Rs 380 got deducted but the order was not placed.I did not receive any refund message as well. Please refund my amount.

I ordered from swiggy on 25th July 2022 the money was debited from UPI Paytm but the order was not confirmed I filed for refund next day it showed refund successful but wasnt displayed on my UPI. I asked swiggy they said talk to merchant when I connected to merchant they said talk to swiggy.
Swiggy has no returned a penny to me of the amount that I lost. It's like they are just sacmming and taking money and not returning.
