I had placed following 2 orders on swiggy. App from my phone
My money is cut from my account but no refund has been received after waiting for a very long time

Order number 1 was dated 4th november with amount 1553
No refund received till date
Order number 2 was dated 18th october with amount 415
No refund received till date

Response is very poor from swiggy team
Pune contact number of swiggy doesn't work.
Bangalore contact number of swiggy doesn't want to speak of any complaints but only of new orders.
Swiggy app response from chat team is not answering precisely
Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Had made payment as per details herein.

    Hi, on 8 the of nov i ordered from siwggy a burrito which was supposed to have a cheese corn and spinach. I received only a spoonful of cheese and nothing else. Added to it when i complained about it on swiggy website the agent on his own without even listening to what i had to say closed the matter saying i had received enough compensation. What compensation may i ask? And does it even give you the right to give us the unprepared food? I usually order from siwggy but now after going through this experience i am done with it.

    Swiggy take more charge than restaurant
    I got an item from swiggy at 110 rs where actual price in restaurant is 90rs..there are many incident like.
    I haven't received my order yet. It has been more than an hour

      This is regarding a misuse of personal phone number from a swiggy delivery boy. His name is kanniraj - [protected]. He has delivered to a house in peelamedu at 10.50 pm on 11/11/2018 where a girl is residing alone. He has been caught overheard on phone giving personal information (Phone number) to a bunch of boys sitting in a car. This is a high safety risk regarding deliveries.. Reputation of swiggy is at stake. Please take necessary steps regarding the same.

        Ordered burgers from, burger king using swiggy app and there was a bundle of metal wire inside the aalo tikki. I was fortunate that i didn't swallowed it.
        This is another level of carelessness from swiggy and partner restaurant. On top of it when i contacted the consumer care and reported this issue, they were like "ok, we will report it" that's it.

          Hi,

          The order number which i have mentioned in the subject is the one which i ordered yesterday at 8:08 pm which is active till now! Inspire of numerous trials in app support chat and call section the so called "glitch" has not been fixed yet! We as customers just care about the money which we pay and support which a consumer is supposed to provide which swiggy is clearly failing in providing since this issue started yesterday. Whatever the software issue is occurring now in your side... Is none of my concern since it's been too long. I just want my money for the order back!! Else the next time i complain about swiggy won't be in this consumer complaint app!!

            I have ordered at 1:03pm the delivery time shown was 40 minutes. Its been 2:20pm the delivery is not yet done. When i call or message them no one responded. I have contacted the support they were telling that we had issue with restaurant we will deliver in 15 mins. Its been 25 mins already i haven't received the order. There should be some time bound to the order they say when ever it is ready we will bring it. It should not be like that right... I order for lunch they bring it at 4:00pm... Strict action must be taken against swiggy if they are not capable of delivering in time they should not accept the orders

              Order no [protected] dt.10 11 18. Not delivered. But received message that it is delivered. Phone banking exe initially informed that the specified item not available and i choose item. After some time another exe calls and tells me that revised item is available after 12.30. I had wait literally 1 hour to get this response. Finally had to cancel order and starved without food.

              No refund has been received till now.

                The pizza that i received was completely stale and not at all fresh.
                There was some foul smell coming from it, the taste was just horrible, making the pizza completely inedible.
                I had to throw away the pizza completely.
                It also had spillage, as the toppings of the pizza had come entirely on one side.
                When i contacted customer care, they said due to system restrictions, they will not be able to process the refund.
                I would definately like to know about the system restrictions, stopping them to solve customer problems.

                  I ordered food from swiggy on 10th nov 2018 to a restaurant called food court, opp. Dominos in baner at 2009hrs and then got busy with my work. After one hour i realised that my order is still not accepted by the restaurant. I called up the restaurant and came to know they have not got my order yet.in my app after paying the full amount it's showing "waiting for restaurant to confirm your order" and the restaurant guys are yelling at me that they don't know about my order. I tried to call swiggy people, they are just gave me a lame excuse about some technical issues. I don't know what is that about. But simple complain is that ordered the food, paid the money and after that, both restaurant and swiggy professional were not behaving properly

                    Yesterday night i ordered food on swiggy and out of 3 items 2 were rotten. I didnt prepare food yesterday keeping in mind that i have ordered. And when the time came to eat.. Oh my god.. Yuk.. It was giving a bad smell. Is this wau swiggy working. I wish it stops if it is meant to spoil our health. Better not to eat anything than to eat this type of meal. Imagine our situation that when i contacted cuatomercare on chat they said sorry but we cant do anything. Then what r u guys doing there. You cant take any action. You are hopeless. All money got wasted. I wish swiggy stops giving any service.

                      I had ordered prawn biryani (Order id - [protected]) for rs.243.
                      But i was delivered paneer biryani (Order id - [protected])
                      I paid rs.250 to the delivery boy.
                      When i opened the pack i found it was not my ordered item.
                      I called the delivery boy to enquire about it, but he was very rude.
                      Tried reaching swiggy customer care, but they are taking too long to resolve the issue.
                      Resolution - i need refund

                        I ordered food for ₹1235 on october 7, 2018 and paid via net banking... After waiting for more than an hour... I called the delivery man... He told me that hotel was not responding and he told me if you wish you can cancel the order... I did so...
                        After that i contacted swiggy customer care they told me i would get the refund within 5-7 business days... But till today (10/11/2018) haven't got my refund.
                        Meanwhile i contacted them daily but they gave me lame excuses and never intended to pay... Whenever i contact they are saying you will get within 24 hours... Worst ever service i have came across...

                          I have ordered some food in mvp colony, visakhapatnam order#[protected] from registered mobile number-[protected]. This order was delivered by erugula pavan kumar. After the delivery, i paid him via patym. This guy saved my phone number and sent some diwali wishes image in whatsapp from no. +91 [protected]. I wondered who it was. So i replied back asking who it is. Then he told me that he is from swiggy and saved my number mistakenly. I really got frustrated. How can he save girls numbers and message them later? How can he dare to break the data privacy of a customer? Now i am more cautious about my personal phone number and more to it, my safety. This incident stopped me from using swiggy anymore. This is seriously a dangerous situation which may lead to any illegal activities. I hope you would take the required actions immediately. Don't hire such kind of people who will do anything to get down the good will of your business.

                            Received partial order and then was told by rude swiggy staff that food is out of stock!
                            Ordered 3 chowmein, received only 1 after waiting for 1 hour from cafe after hours at dwarka sector 12. Was told rudely by swiggy agent that restaurant is out of hakka chowmein at 2 pm in the afternoon! Which place is out of hakka chowmein?
                            Anyways, neither restaurant cares to check orders, nor does swiggy. Never again!

                              I had placed an order on 01/11/2018 worth 822 from my registered number [protected]. The expected delivery time was around 30 minutes. After placing the order i received the call from the hotel from which i had placed order that it would take more than 1 hour to deliver the food and he insisted me to cancel the order and even i was not ready to wait for so long, hence i cancelled the order. The person who had called me said that i would receive refund which i didn't get till date. I tried contacting swiggy through help section from my swiggy mobile app but there was no response from their end.

                                I placed the order for 330rs and i had complained the food quality and they agreed to refund the money in multiple transactions as 210rs and 100rs. And they never refunded the 20rs delivery charge. Becuase of this amazon promotional offer have not been awarded to me..

                                Why the hell i need to bare the delviery charge for the worst food.

                                  complete spillage of food not initiating full refund

                                  I ordered my food through Swiggy. Ordered item was a coffee pitcher. In the image they were showing a full big jug and when they delivered they gave in 4 paper cups in a paper bag which completely spilled out from the paper cups and the entire order was affected and spoiled. Worst service. Worst packaging. Even the Swiggy delivery executive confirmed the spillage. I complained along with the condition of the order. I have got pictures and...

                                  On 9th nov, i ordered 2 packs of donuts (6+6) from dunkin, gk1. While delivery, saw just one pack. Reconfirmed from the agent (Arun mathur), yet found 6 donuts missing. Called the customer care, was on call for 1 hour 21 minutes (Akram khan). I was denied any refund or replacement beacuse a week ago they had refunded me rs 250 for another mishap. I have the entire conversation of 49 minutes. (I can share it if required)

                                  * swiggy mentally harassed me for more than an hour on their customer care

                                  * provided misleading information saying they have no visibility of delivery agent or restaurant contact number after delivery is done

                                  * i wanted to desperately speak to the manager but the manager was hiding behind

                                  * made false allegations of me trying to make it to get a free order (Heigths of consumer distrust)

                                  * made no effort to put me through the restaurant on a conference to keep all on the same page

                                  If swiggy does not compensate for this then i will make sure to viral the recording. Swiggy you just lost a loyal customer.

                                    I ordered food through swiggy app.. I placed an order at 10.19pm by paying through netbanking.. My order was supposed to be delivered by 11.00pm.. But at 11.10pm food was being prepared and not even delivery executive had been assigned.. So i cancelled the order..

                                    When i tried to contact customer care executives, no one helped me to get my refund.. They kept saying it will take 5 days.. Just clarify whose mistake is this......

                                    I had ordered from swiggy in Hyderabad. There was whole order missing. After 1 and half hour calling swiggy customer care i was being told that due to technical issue order can’t be placed.. This is very disappointing from a million dollar company. This has happened to me earlier once but i chose to ignore that time. Consumers are being denied their rightful considerations by thinking they are weak and can't do anyting if such delivery fraud... I told them to contact higher authority but I was told that they’ll call you back within 24 hours because right now all executives are busy.. I never get call back once my payment done.. they all are liar.. customer care and whole higher authority.. even I didn’t get any refund.. I ordered almost worth rupees 500-600. Worst experience I have ever had.. they looted customers. Please use another app to get food because swiggy is fraud. It shows that my order was delivered on time but I never get my order..
