My name is Lalita Singh, mobile number [protected], and email me.[protected]@gmail.com. On 22 November, I made a payment of ₹4448 via the Dineout/Swiggy Dineout platform under Order ID [#[protected]] to the restaurant listed as “Moonbucks cafe” in Dwarka, New Delhi.
Unfortunately, this payment was made in error. I had actually dined at “Mark's Eatery”, Sector 17, Dwarka, but the payment was applied to the incorrect restaurant. After attempting to contact the listed restaurant, I discovered that the outlet appears to have been closed for approximately 2 years, and the owner/management is not reachable by phone or email.
I also reached out via Swiggy helpline/chat and have been waiting for your response for many days without resolution. The restaurant I actually dined at (Marks Eatery) had issued me a new bill with a 15% discount, which I have fully paid.
Given that the payment has been made to a non-operational partner and cannot be recovered from them, I kindly request that you initiate a refund of ₹4448, representing the mistaken payment to the incorrect restaurant.

The customer care keeps on delaying that they'll confirm with the restaurant which has been closed for about 2 years
