Swiggy — rude behaviour by delivery boy

I ordered food in swiggy today[protected]. While delivering the delivery boy shouted at me saying the location was wrong with harsh words in public.He continuosly pressed our calling bell and asked to take the food. Even though the location was correct and I guided him through phone the delivery agent got frustrated and threatened me.I am very unhappy with his behaviour.There is no security with swiggy as they are employing wrong persons. Order number: [protected].There is no option to complain in the app. Please train your delivery boys to how to behave with Customers.
Also please esclate this issue to your higher level.

We order food from such companies with which we can have a trust.
It's been a very frequent habit of swiggy to show unprofessional behavior.

Severe stomach pain with vomating

Bad quality food
Genital hair in food
Rotten Day time Dal with sawar taste
Salad with much dust
But measure problem was food poisoning for which he has the stomach pain

After I ordered the items, the delivery boy with the phone number: [protected] was assigned to deliver but nothing came even though it crossed the ETA Time. Then all of the sudden I got confirmation from SWIGGY that the items I asked for has been delivered. BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
