I am reaching out to you concerning my order:
I ordered Butter Chicken from Restaurant Charcoal Eats, and I have several issues with this item (Butter Chicken).
1. The app displayed an incorrect image, and I received a completely different product. The app showed the Butter Chicken in mainly small pieces, but I only received 3 pieces, one of which had a bone in it (where it states boneless).
2. The product arrived in a small glass container, and the quantity was insufficient for two servings. Additionally, as soon as we opened the container, the food had an unpleasant smell (Which is safety concern as per the FSSAI guidelines)
I attempted to open a ticket through the app, but it was closed without any satisfactory resolution.
I have contacted the customer hotline multiple times and spoke with our four different representatives, each providing different information. One person said they would follow up with me, another mentioned I would receive a refund, and yet another instructed me to send an email.
This situation is extremely frustrating. Firstly, we received the wrong product in a glass container, the food smelled bad, and we did not enjoy the meal, ultimately having to throw it away. Even after filing a complaint, I have not received a satisfactory response. Was this information helpful? |
