Swiggy — Salary not credited

Hi Team,
My name is Nagadinesh and I joined Swiggy in 2019. I worked in Swiggy for more than a month but I didn't get my salary for the 1st month I joined and so I reached out to the local hub to discuss this issue as I was mentioned at the time of joining. And my hub manager had mentioned me that he will assign me COD orders so that I can use that floating cash for my petrol until I receive my salary. And still there was no update when my salary will get credited. Since I had no improvement in my salary status and there was still no proper response stating when I could expect my salary from them as well, I decided to quit Swiggy and search for some other job. But I kept on receiving calls regarding resuming my work with swiggy but none of them did resolve my salary issue. I had repeated calls from a person swiggy from a number ([protected]) and his name was Manoj. He had called for getting back the floating cash Rs 1027/-. I had held back the floating cash upon the suggestion of the team in the hub. They had mentioned to me to use this floating cash for my petrol conveyance as there was a delay in crediting my salary and mentioned to me to repay to my swiggy UPI id as soon as I receive my salary. But I haven't received my full salary till date yet I was tricked into paying back the floating cash on 3rd August 2021 in order to get my salary. Until the floating cash was settled the person speaking to me was responding genuinely and gave me assurance stating he and his team will take care of this issue and will make sure I shall get my salary. And he had also mentioned my salary of Rs 4500/- and its split up. After the payment was done I couldn't reach him even if I did try calling him through WhatsApp he used to cut my call and I once again had to run behind the team to the hub to understand what is happening but the hub was relocated and took me some more time to fetch the new hub address. And I didn't get a proper response from them as well. At last, I was mentioned in the hub to reach out to a support mail id to raise my concern directly to the central support team. I am most devasted to see such a big company having such poor employee support. I initially joined Swiggy with the motive of earning my first salary till I complete college. But I have completed my college and worked in some small startups as well, yet I have never faced a tough and tiring situation as I am facing with Swiggy. I have been behind everyone in the hub to get my salary of Rs 4500/- from 2020. Now it has been 2 years yet I have been following this issue to get my salary. I appreciate your company's associate Mr Manoj's efforts in collecting the floating cash Rs1027/- from me, but I see no one has bothered about settling my salary of Rs 4500/-.

And now when i reach out to the hub I'm being informed that my Id is active and that is why salary is not credited. What I don't understand is either I'm working with swiggy or not but still I should get paid for what I have worked. But there hasn't been anyone concerned about this and now they want me to relieve form swiggy using the swiggy delivery partner app. And also after all this struggle they have credited INR 900/- to my account. I don't understand why this is been happening. For the past 4 years I have only been asking for the salary for which I worked, which is INR 4500/-. And now they are pushing me into a situation that I have to got behind them for this issue once again from the beginning.

As mentioned above, I am most devastated to have faced such a poor experience from Swiggy as a delivery partner.

And for your clarity, I have no dues left from my end and I have paid all the floating cash I had in my hand yet I haven't received my salary for more than a year.

I am requesting you to do the needful and help me get my salary credited and make sure no other delivery partner faces such a situation I do.
