M unable to login my swiggy account with my registered mobile number
M not receiving any OTP also...

I ordered at 12:37 am delivered at 1:39 am the whole food was not good for eating, I mailed the issue they are ignoring the issue, submitted all the photos and everything no use...

When we place order in swiggy. Swiggy collects money in the name of delivery fee. Some customers even pay subcription for delivery fee. Inspite of taking such amounts for individual delivery from each customer, swiggy boys collect food orders of different restaurants of diffferent customer and delay our order. Today our order was from masaledar and order was ready. This restaurant is less than 1.5kms from my house. That delivery boy was waiting...

I have placed an order #[protected] through Swiggy from Punjabi Flavors restaurant, Pune. But my order was taken by deliver boy and he cheated by taking away my order along with him. Due to which that order was not delivered to me. This was happening 2nd time with me from same restaurant and for same food order. I have also complaint about this earlier same incident but still no response I have received from anyone.

I had placed an order on Swiggy Instamart. But I immediately cancelled it and swiggy initiated a refund. On their side it is showing that the refund is successfully credited to my bank account. But I have not received the refund. I contacted Swiggy via email and chat but they are refusing to help me. They said they will not do anything on this matter.

Was using an international card to order from the site before without an issue, since today . Tried payment 2 times with failure, contacted my bank and wasn't their issue but caused the card to be deactivated briefly. After activation still didn't go through. Did something change in your payment policy with international cards??...

On 28th March 2023, I ordered from McDonald's through Swiggy. For more than half and hour I waited for it to deliver it to my place. I called the delivery partner to ask him when I will recieve the order but as soon as I called him, he updated the status to delivered even though we didn't receive it.

musk melon was artificially ripened. Outer is still green . too much chemical smell inside musk melon.

I ordered donut at 9:58 pm ..it's then 10:30 i try to contact delivery partner and restaurant ..they both keep on blaming each other ..then i raised help & support ticket they took it lik 45 min to solve the problem and it was 10:36 pm still my order was not delivered.. i mean you guys giv time to customer and then you delivered so late.. i can understand if you delivered it like 10 mins late but it was lik 1 hour 45 mins to dilever the order.....

This may be a very basic miss but has increased a lot in the recent time where the online food delivery apps are becoming negligent in getting the orders fulfilled and simply replying to the consumer complains with a generic response stating that you can rate the restaurant if an item is missing or incorrect. But they fail to take any responsibility of the food being delivered by the delivery person.
