    I ordered three pizzas from swiggy
    Onions and paneer pizza
    Makhni do pyaza
    Tomato pizza
    But in that order one pizza was missing onion and paneer pizza i tried to contact customer support they will refused to refund money we will pass your feedback to restaurant. I ask them to refund money but they refused by giving excuse that their guidelines don't allow them to do so. I want people not to use this stupid app. They are fraud.

      This is Amal P Mohan, I have been using Swiggy for a long time and today i need to inform you of this worst experience I faced from your side. I placed an online order for Rs.308. I used the same registered address for booking. I got a call from the delivery person and he reached a different location 1.5km away from me and refused to deliver.
      Delivery person no. [protected]
      I received a customer care call from swiggy, the number is [protected]. Lady from your customer support I don't know any name but the behaviour was rude to me. She refused to listen to me. Also informing me the address is not complete. The same address I used every time and also during booking I prerecorded the route to the delivery person in order to support him. Your customer support telling, pre recording will not work. If it wont work then why are you putting the option while booking food. I am using other apps like Zomato, Uber eats where I never faced these types of issues.
      After this call, the lady cancelled my order. Please note I didn't place a cancellation request. I told her i[censored] cancel i need a refund that's all. Now the order is cancelled and my entire money is lost. Again I informed customer support and they also refused to help. This is unacceptable. Money will not come in the air, everybody gives value for money. So I need a refund of the full amount of Rs.308. If no resolution I get within 24 hrs, I will be logging complaints online to consumer court. I have all the chat history and recordings of the call with me. Please look into this and do the necessary things on priority.

        I ordered grocery items from Swiggy The delivery partner called me and said your address is incorrect I told him my correct address he denied to deliver at that address he said contact customer care After reaching to customer care the support person said you will have to cancel the order and then we can refund the amount back to you and you have to reorder I asked him you will refund the amount right he said yes And my order was cancelled saying it’s non refundable Now my order invoice states correct address where the delivery partner did not reach And I have not received the refund After contacting the support team they close the ticket marking as resolved But this is scam Cheating people

          Hi on 30th march 2024, 2 clock I ordered fish briyani order number [protected], I am feeling hungry that's why I selected nearest outlet 20 min delivery, in the app it shows delivery partner has not yet reached restaurant till 2:40, he delivered me at 2:50, I asked him if you are far away from restaurant why are picking up my order, someone who is nearby would have picked my order I asked, then he started using all local bad words and shouting at me in front of public in the main road, everyone is watching at me I feel shamed I am paying money just for asking reason also shouting at me on the public road, then I said I will complaint to customer care, he is coming out of the scooty and coming closer to me to hit me, that one minute I am scared suddenly I realized he is about to hit me, to stop him I said let's go to police station, then he went back to scooty and sat there, after that also he is scolding me you are girl you got afraid and keep shouting at the public place in the main road, i feel ashamed of everyone in front of public he abused me with all bad words there is no words to express my feelings in that situation

                I ordered some beverages in railway station but swiggy delivery partner refused to come so i told him come in entrance near the ticket window where all vahicle are allowed to enter and there is no need to park. Butter the delivery partner was strongly refuted to move from shop and support centre also support him and cancelled my order and charge me full of my order amount. So i just ask support centre to show me where you mentioned that that swiggy is not delivering order in station or near the station. Atleast you need to say us where's your rule is mentioned and also you didn't popup me that before ordering. It's our rights to know that but support centre agent is not providing this and continuosly saying it's non refundable so don't try this.
                I don't know what is wrong but i think this trending hashtag is perfect for them #looteraswiggy

                  I ordered this today from instamart of swiggy. But sorry to say that the order was not delivered properly. It was completely melted and what we received was liquid form of Kulfi. Is this the way you deliver the order. This was in the afternoon and care should have been taken care.
                  Second "NIC Coconut Ice cream"
                  the quality was bad. instead of tender coconut, grated coconut was used in the icecream

                      I have ordered a chiken triple rice worth ₹ 259 from Swiggy for my dinner at around 9 pm. But the Swiggy delivery person had instead delivered me chiken noodles of less value and can’t be consumed as a meal. I have talked to the customer care of Swiggy as well, but they didn’t provide any resolution.
                      This is clearly a case of cheating. ( providing wrong item of less value and no use and charging the full money)

                              We have ordered lunch (Order No.#[protected]) on 19th Feb, 13:30 Hrs from Udipi Gardenia through swiggy app in Bnaglore. We are returning after my Mother's funeral. The total cost paid was Rs. 761. The delivery boy named Tapendra Rawal was assigned. Our train reach KR Puram and we got down including my son (10 yrs) looking for food, then I called the delivery boy, he said some traffic on his way hence delayed, said he will reach in 8 mins, but even after 30 mins he didn't reach, then I have called him again[protected],[protected], then after a long ring he said some accident on his route and disconnected the call. Then I contacted the swiggy customer care ([protected]), but the staff told, she will do the needful, but no reply or call from her till 14:30 and after so much drama, I received a message at 14:07 Hrs that my order was cancelled with a refund Rs.0.

                              Please do the needful in returning my money.

                              I have all the photos for evidence which I will share with in any public forum.

                                The delivery agent scammed me
                                I had ordered fried noodles from imperial hotel on Feb 27th, 2023.I paid delivery agent 229 rs online via upi.He claimed that he didn’t receive the amount, though the amount clearly was debited from my account.I showed him too but he refused to accept that he had received the money and ask me to pay again.I told him, there might be an issue on his app but he refused to leave.I again had to pay him 229 rs via upi.He also claimed in case the amount comes swiggy will refund my money back.It has been 3 days, swiggy is not refunding my money at all.I had complained on 27th February, to customer care and they acknowledged and reassured that I will get the money.I didnt receive yet.So i again tried to connect to customer care.The customer care agent whose name was Ekdisha, was highly stupid and uncooperative.She told me that I cannot ask for resolving this issue as 24 hours had passed.She also asked me for screenshot of my voice talk.I argued to connect to Supervisor, who too asked me for details and later verified it.He assured I will receive the refund in a day.I haven’t still received it.They are hiring goons who intimidate us to pay for an order already paid by spinning stories and their customer care is most unpleasant and unprofessional. They just dont want to work.I will demand from Swiggy management, that if a customer has an issue, then they must resolve it within 24 hours.If they cannot resolve it, then they cannot fix a deadline of 24 hours for us and blame the customer for raising the issue again.229 rs is hard earned money, and its my right to get my money back.Why should I pay the price for a criminal they hired, who is fooling and extracting money from innocent customers?Its such a big platform and they are reluctant to refund 229 rs!God knows, what would they do if the amount is higher.

                                  I have ordered 2 T.roti and Paya shorba from the above mentioned restaurant using swiggy app on 26th Feb 2024. I received only one Paya shorba and roti packet but I've been charged for 2. When I saw that the item was missing, I called the delivery executive and he informed us that he was only given 1 item and that he didn't know about the missing item. Then I reached out to the customer support and I was chatting with a bot as swiggy doesn't allow us to talk to a real person for any issues. All they could respond was that they can't do anything in this case and that I've to reach out to a specific email to get further assistance. So I did. I did reach out to the swiggy team via email and provided them with all the details and screenshots and every other possible evidence that would be of help. Even after providing sufficient evidence that proves that I have not received the item, they still responded back saying that they can't provide any refund or anything else and I just have to leave a feedback on the restaurant's page.
                                  Now I'm seeing that many people online are facing this issue with swiggys scam. I'll not stop posting about this until I get a resolution

                                  Even after filing a case in Ingram with all the required pictures, audios and everything, swiggy still replied back saying that they can't provide any kind of compensation to me and I have to leave the feedback on restaurants portal. I've reached out more than thrice and this is my 5th attempt to get justice.. I'll keep fighting and will post my story everywhere possible to get it by any means. Consumer should not be at loss at any given point of time for trusting businesses like these because they show no concern or responsibility towards the customers.

                                    I ordered Paneer Tikka Bowl from 'The Good Bowl' restaruarant Shastri Nagar, Santacruz West, Mumbai via SWIGGY ORDER #[protected] Dt: 23/02/2024 8:41pm. The food turned out to be very pungent and paneer was uncooked due to which I felt sick with severe gastritis. Upon contacing Swiggy with all details they denied to support any further. Please arrange complete refund of the order, take strict action on Swiggy and the restaurant so that they stop repeating such mistakes.

                                      I ordered chicken 65 2 boxes with that complementary black forest cake is given in bill but that item is missing.

                                      Delivery boy name Bantu Siva, he first didn't delivered product at location but message came delivered so I thought product was delivered at location where my parents live so I rated four stars, later they called me and said product didn't came or no phone call has came so I again raised complaint in swiggy they gave me executive number when I call them he said they are not lifting and I went for product and take by me at other location in black forest cake is missing he says that four seasons has not given but in bill it is typed

                                        Desired Solution:
                                        1) I requested to replace the order with correct product
                                        2) Send a delivery partner and collect the delivered food and return my full amount

                                        1) I informed to your customer care representative as you are forcing me to eat whatever you delivered and providing a small token of refund for your incompetency to deliver the correct order.
