      Hi team,

      SWIGGY IS INSANE!!

      Since i'm a huge fan of Cheesy items, I happened to place the order around 12;00AM for Cheesy chicken popcorn and chocolate mouuse from easy bites EMPIRE
      ETA was given 12/40AM, waiting for my dinner- i received my orderby 1 AM without chocolate mouuse-
      And the item which i received was cheesy chicken popcorn, where i couldn't see a drop of cheese- since it was delivered so late that even the dry popcorn was delivered, looked like rocks and stones.
      I was craving for cheese, and i couldn't see a drop of it. the thing which i received was supposed to be a leftover of someones which they delivered me

      Got in touch with the SWIGGY CX EXEC- they refunded me for missing item and initiated the replacement order(1:5:00 AM) ETA (1:40:AM) for the scheesy chicken popcorn
      Ofcourse, i threw the one which i received at first waiting for my replacement order
      Kept on checking with the swiggy associates each 10 mins but agents disconnects the call in between, they been saying eveything's good-- but after delay of 20 mins around 2:00:AM i got hold of an agent-
      The agent named AKASH - he said me there was delay due to choc mouuse not available, he offered me honey cake, i accepted...agent kept me on hold came back saying the oprder cannot be delivered, --restaurent has nothing to deliver

      I get to know around 2:00 AM that restaurant cannot fulfill my Dinner after waiting for 2 hours----and while i was on a call with agent, i could hear his friends using vulgar language such as ...as soon as i heard this i asked for manager escalation
      instead he played me confirming that order's been cancelled an just dropped the call... he probed me twice about order cancellation... both the times, i insisted on not cancelling the order, just wanted manager or supervisor escalation

      Went thru a lot of escalation agents, an agent came and said will compensate for the inconvenience caused and processed me for 70rs coupon which i used for placong order(actually i used 80rs)
      but when asked about replacement order he said refund can be provided by email team, please email them, they'll process the refund ... but when emailed... they called me up and explained no refund can be processed

      LIKE ARE YOU GUYS EVEN LOOKING AT WHAT HAS HAPPENED WITH ME
      ESCALATION TEAM BHAVANA SAYS THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER, REFUND AS WELL, WE CANNOT HELP MORE THAN THIS

      I HAVEN'T EATEN A SINGLE THING TBH!!
      I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR, YOU MIGHT'VE REFUNDED ME 69RS FOR MISSIN G ITEM
      YOU REFUNDED ME 70RS COUPON INSTEAD OF RS80VCOUPON WHICH I HAD APPLIED!

      REPLACEMENT ORDER WHICH I WAS CRAVING FOR AS DINNER, I NEVER RECEIVED IT AND NO REFUNDS ON THAT AS WELL!!
      PLEASE DO NOT PLAY WITH FOOD AND HUNGER, WE WORK HARD TO EAT!!!

      I ONLY LIVE TO EAT WHAT I LOVE!
      YOU GUYS HURT ME AND HAVE PLAYED WITH MEIN SUCH A WAY THAT I WOULD NEVER EVER TRUST ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES AGAIN.

      THIS WAS JUST A SHORT SUMMARY OF WHAT HAPPENED!
      i CANT EVEN START TO TYPE SO MUCH OF HASSLE ALL YOUR EXECUTIVES MADE ME DO!

      PLEASE HIRE SOME PROFESSIONALS THAT CAN UNDERSTAND FIRST CUSTOMERS CONCERN.
      ALL THEY THINK IS CUSTOMER FACED SOME ISSUE FROM SWIGGY, JUST GIVE THEM COMPENSATION THEY'LL KEEP QUIET!!

      PLEASE GO THROUGH ALL THE CALLS, PLEASE HAVE THEM AUDITED!!!

      PLEASE FIND THE BELOW MENTIONED ORDER ID AND LET ME KNOW IF IT WAS EVEN ACCEPTABLE FOR ME TO FACE SUCH AN ISSUE DESPITE STAYING CONNECTED FOR 2 HOURS ENDING UP WITHOUT DINNER AND REFUND FOR DINNER

          When I order place in swiggy Irani cafe show 10.5km from my location but actually when I check in google show only 6.6 distance km from my home it’s totally fraud for taking charges from customer as long distance

              I ordered a food item for my family yesterday. Delivery agent asked my otp that he reached home to deliver order . But after I shared my otp. Order status changed to delivered. But food not delivered and delivery agent not able to reach after. I informed swiggy customer. They also tried to reach him. But he is not able to reached. Then swiggy customer care told me to raise a mail regarding this issue. I raised a mail. But they simply replied that food is delivered and they won't do any monetary adjustments

                Have ordered some food from Hira Restaurant via your Swiggy app. The Order no. is[protected] the food amount is Rs. 925 which was paid via Paytm wallet. On the Swiggy app it shows that the food was delivered on May 10, 2023 3:37 PM but I did not receive any food and No delivery partner contacted me I really don't know what kind of system is this from Swiggy.

                  There was a complete spillage issue of my order mentioned above.
                  I had sent photos and videos of the spillage where my complete food was damaged and I could not cosume.

                  However, Swiggy just did a partial refund to my order. The total amount was Rs 342, I have received only Rs 171. It was an expensive order and I had to wait for additional time due to delay, which I understood. But then I receive completely spilled food.

                  I have also written to Swiggy on [protected]@swiggy.in along with a zip file containing the videos.

                  Despite continuous emails, they think that refudning half the amount has sorted the issue wherein my complete food was damaged. I would seek resolution by complete refund.

                      I have placed an order on 16th may 2023 at 08:30 pm. I have paid Rs. 824/- for my order. There was certain netwrk issue so the delivery boy couldnt contact me, the delivery boy told swiggy that he was in my area and couldnt contact me i did not recieve any missed calls from the delivery boy.it showed on the app that my order will be delivered within 10 minutes. But while delivering the order, he got the cancellation message from swiggy, which was also received my me. The message was that "Your Swiggy order #[protected] has been cancelled since you failed to respond to our delivery executive's calls. You will be charged Rs 824.0 as cancellation fee". I was surprised to see that message. Then I chat with Ms.Sunitha and told her all the problems I faced. But neither my order was delivered nor the deducted amount was refunded in my account. The whole incident had spoiled my night and was nightmare to me.

                      I asked from Swiggy that why should I not move to consumer court for compensation for their unprofessional behaviour. Due to that incident, I could not slept whole night and felt very bad.

                      I request to compensate me for yesterday incident and send me appology letter for this.

                        I had placed an order from Burger King via swiggy. I had placed one veg burger and two chicken burgers. Out of which I had only received one veg burger and one chicken. Upon requesting the refund, they had only initiated Rs 26 where else I am paying an amount of approximate Rs 139, excluding tax. It may look like a petty issue but initially swiggy used to give a reasonable refund but now their service is getting worse day by day. I need a full refund against the Chicken burger.

                          Now now now, they have started policy of 6 hours if by any chance their team does a mistake in delivering the order of instamart, so customer needs to wait for longgggggg 6 hours to get the issue resolve however not sure weather it would be resolved after 6 hours or not... I wanted to ask one this if a customer need instant stuff somehow it wasn't delivered by mistake so why is customer is doing instamart he would better go and buy a stuff from near by correct.

                          My suggestions is please change the name now to swiggy instamart to swiggy delay mart.

                          And quality if i talk about now a days is worst

                            I have been asking the support team to delete my account from the databases since 7th May, 2023.
                            They have been dodging the request by saying it will take some time, at first I was okay when they said it's company policy and will be deleted within 5 working days. But now they are not responding properly and not giving any updates on the same.
                            At first I was given this Service Request Number[protected], by the support team, which has no updates. Then I was given Swiggy Order ID[protected] by their Escalation Team. But it's the same.. No update. No calls from their side.
                            Just want my account to be deleted permanently.

                              HAd placed orer for 3 items from Paakashaala, but received only 2 items. and on raising a complaint with Swiggy i got a message saying they will compenate with a Rs. 16/- coupon. I fail to understand how this will compensate for the billed amount of the food item.
                              i demand a refund of the ordered, paid but undelivered item

                                    I made an order from Swiggy on the 1st of May from the restaurant Subway which included 2 Cookies. The cookies smelled really bad and had some sort of build up on them so we threw them out for safety reasons. I have raised it multiple times but the organisation has been absolutely rude in just sending automated messages again and again and not understanding the query hence trying to reach out to them here and request for my refund.

                                      I ordered food for my family on 13th May, at 9:40 pm. 1 pizza 1 garlic bread and 3 burgers for each member in the house. When i was tracking my order O saw delivery agent took the longer route and was not moving for almost 10 minutes, my house is in outskirts so there is no traffic in the area so I called he didn't pick up initially and later said he is coming but he didn't move for 5 minutes and after 5-10 minutes he moved which made suspicious already so reached oùt to swiggy support but they didn't help as usual later my order was delivered but the 2 items were missing I stopped the delivery agent and asked him if the restaurant gave him the complete order he said yes but I didn't believe him because 2 burgers were missing I clicked pictures of the package and him because I know swiggy support will ask for pictures and even the delivery boy said "madam Order pura nhi dia aapko" when I reached out to support they didn't connect me to support agent on call after multiple attempts I received call from them but they said please email us to [protected]@swiggy.in as we can not provide any solution. I emailed them with all the proves and the delivery agent number but they refused to refund me and I asked refund only for the items not delivered but still they refused. I even asked them many times to share restaurant's contact so that I can ask them but they refused to give that also so I got furious as this was not the solution i was looking for it was a crystal clear case few items were not delivered and atleast they should refund for that. Swiggy is a money eater they keep the money for the services which are not provided to the customer. Very unethical, this is not first time swiggy scammed me so I had to file complain against them.
