My relative was doing deliveries through swiggy delivery application and suddenly his account was deactivated, he is not tech savvy and is really scared because he thinks that he has lost his only source of income.
The incident happened on 14 July 2023
It's our polite request please help 🙏🏼

We received a call from Swiggy and they asked for clarification and told us that the profile will be free of any restrictions after a day. Everything has been fine after that.

            Swiggy Genie delivery guy stole my goods

            Sent a fruit basket and 2100 cash by swiggy geni, the delivery guy delivered the fruit basket but not the money, says the money fell somewhere. And swiggy is doing nothing about it, saying they don't insure the delivery, they only connect the delivery guy with the person who wants things delivered and hold no responsibility if anything goes wrong with the delivery....

            Today I placed an order on swiggy for paratha with chole as choice of dip from Mothers kitchen Vishal Nagar Pune.
            This is second time it has happened with this restaurant.
            Instead of chole they included plain curd in the parcel.

            I contacted swiggy and they have promptly issues me partial refund.
            However the reason for this post is to bring it to their attention that such instances are happening repeatedly.
            There's something wrong with the way swiggy communicates the order to the restaurant or may be the restaurant executives do not check the order properly.

                  I ordered grossary from Swiggy Instamart worth Rs. 4854/- on date 6th July 2023 and it was prepaid done.
                  After placing order initially it showed dispatched for delivery, but after sometime the order status in app changed to Delivered which is not the case. We contacted the team via the help option in the app but no one resolved my issue. No refund, no delivery nothing. I even shared the delivery person name but was of no use. The delivery boy didn't come to my address as there is no record of him at the entry gate nor in the myGate app, also nothing in the CCTV camera. The delivery man did a fraud and took all my ordered grossary. Please help to resolve my issue asap and I need a refund, below are the details of the order. Also attached few snaps.

                  Updated by vishal_kamath                   I reached out to the Instamart stores from where my order was dispatched for delivery but was not delivered. There I came to know that the order was returned back to the stores. Attaching the snap of it here. Same I wrote to the swiggy support but still they have the same reply that no refund is possible. Request you to please help me in this.

                      Hello I ordered 2 box of aloo paratha with curd
                      . I received uncooked raw aloo paratha with very poor quality. It was like flour dough taste can't even eat 2nd bite of it. Aloo paratha was not Cooked it was uncooked and raw.

                        I ordered a Thali From swiggy. I found an insect inside my food. This kind o[censored]nhygienic services is not expected by swiggy. I need compensation for all this mental agony.
                        When i complained the same to swiggy. They provided half the amount of the thali as refund. I need full refund and compensation for this health carelessness.

                          Hi my order I'd is[protected] and I've ordered dosa from body power restaurant and the restaurant contacted me and said that dosa was not available and asked me whether I need any other items! I've opted for paneer rice but the ordered was some veg rice with paneer fry and dal this panner fry was partially cooked and i can't even eat two from that and the shake I've ordered was too missing from that and I've made a complaint immediately but the swiggy chat box hasn't responded properly. I will include images for your reference and please resolve my query as soon as possible. Thank you.

                            We ordered for 4 bowls from fresh menu
                            So each item costed Rs 123 and the total for 4 bowls were Rs 567 and we received only one bowl.
                            So we went to the help section for Swiggy and they asked me send an email, so we sent and they just asked for details like order number and images
                            So we sent and now we aren’t receiving any message from them
                            It’s a scam
                            If there’s no more action I’m gonna make this public through social media!!

                              I was hungry and booked order at 1.56 pm afternoon on 27.06.2023. I was waiting for order since then till evening 6 pm. called delivery agent atleat 10 times he didn't picked my calls. when talked with customer care they were helpless. when I checked status today it is showing delivered at 5.39 hours in morning on 28.06.2023. The address where it was supposed to be delivered is office address and how they delivered it god only knows. I haven't received call neither got refund for the order. thank you swiggy for such a customer centric approach.

                                We were hungry and ordered pizza through Swiggy at 7:32 on 25-06-23. The commitment was 30 min. The order arrives at 10:52 almost 3+ hours later. There was no response from them. Contacting the stores provided nobody picking up. We finally had to go out for dinner and our guests left. it was an awkward situation. We went outside to have dinner around 9:00pm and came back at 10:30. When we checked we find that the pizza guy has left and reaches us at 11:52. We sent him back. Within few min the payment was approved for refund

                                Their commitment showed 30 mins. They have not fulfilled their commitment as per the rules.

                                  The Swiggy delivery agent didn't deliver my order and marked it delivered.
                                  He didn't pick up my calls.
                                  He made me wait for 1 hour and it was a prepaid order. He marked the order as delivered without even delivering my order or calling me. Total scam and fraud done by the delivery agent called dil bag. This kind of behaviour will never be tolerated.
                                  I need immediate refund and strict action against the delivery agent.

                                    I ordered from swiggy and it take 1 hour instead of half hour and then they just cancelled my order.. I immediately contacted them and they told me that delivery boy cancelled it because it couldn't contact me.. what kind of a excuse is that the delivery address was given and it was not hard to find.. my location was on too
                                    This only happened because I paid for order online? And they can have the cancellation charges very easily

                                      Yesterday I ordered some products from swiggy instamart and when I received the products they where different so approached there customer service and asked for replacement but they responded to sent a mail .After sending the mail they replied as they were unable to replace or refund even without giving a proper reason
