I am based in Bangalore, and I tried placed an order for a friend in Hyderabad, order number [protected] with an order value of INR 908. To my disappointment, the order was not delivered despite the app showing it as delivered. I tried contacting the delivery agent Sujit Dash on the number provided and there wasn't any response. I then reach out to chat support who just told to drop an email to [protected]@swiggy.in and closed the chat. I then tried reaching out voice support and connected with Shristi who also did not get a response from the delivery partner and just asked me to write to the same email. On asking for an escalation contact after nearly 15 minutes of insistence from me that the call me escalated, I was transferred to her supervisor Nitya who was equally non supportive and disconnected the call. In parallel I also emailed the issue to swiggy support with the incident. Frustratingly after fleecing me of the money that includes not just the order value, but platform fee, delivery charges of 112 and taxes swiggy wrote back to me that the ticket is closed because their investigation believes it's been delivered. I have asked them for the investigation report and all they have to say is it is delivered and nothing more can be done. Swiggy is behaving like a fraudster, and I seek justice in this regard.
