Swiggy — Swiggy Genie delivery guy stole my goods

Sent a fruit basket and 2100 cash by swiggy geni, the delivery guy delivered the fruit basket but not the money, says the money fell somewhere. And swiggy is doing nothing about it, saying they don't insure the delivery, they only connect the delivery guy with the person who wants things delivered and hold no responsibility if anything goes wrong with the delivery. But they have not mentioned this anywhere while someone books a delivery through them. I think they will have a huge court case soon on their hands.
