When we contacted customer care for aforesaid expired/bad quality products, they said they can’t help about it and they can’t replace/refund the amount. This is strange they deliver bad quality/expired product and don’t even refund/replace....

I cancelled the order at very initial stage but entire amount deducted as cancellation charge. No help received from swiggy live agent. Pls initiate refund...

This complaint is Reg order[protected]. I have ordered for an ice cream and it tasted bitter. Immediately I have seen mfg date and it was 10.t months old and was nearing shelf life in the next 15 days. Immediately I have raised complaint in swiggy with screenshot. But even though swiggy accepts that it's pretty old product it argues that it is within shelf life. I tried educating them that shelf life is good only for products where storage...

Ordered Chocolate momo and received it in awful condition... The outside layer was extremely hardened and it smelled of medicines... It seems as if it was made long ago and frozen for a long time... Could not eat at all! My money has been wasted completely! Immediate refund needed!...

So, yesterday I ordered a Birthday cake from Consent Cakes(Munirka) on date[protected] from SWIGGY. I entered the correct address (JANAKPURI). However, their customer care and delivery partner told me that I typed my residential address for delivery and went to Chhattarpur (My residential address) and not to the correct address which should be (Janakpuri). I even have the proof of everything in screenshots with me. But they are denying. Later...

I ordered lunch from Swiggy on 26 Feb 2023, First time the order was not successful in swiggy app though Swiggy took my money INR 1032/-. It was a successful GPay transaction.
When I tried second time, the order was placed successfully; once again, I had to pay INR 1032/- assuming I will get back my first transaction.

Now, Swiggy is not ready to pay back my money for my first transaction...

I ordered veg Paneer biryani yesternight
from Swiggy (RR durbar restaurant) and I got a chicken curry along with that...I am pure vegetarian and I ate that curry thinking it as a veg curry.Then I came to know that it's non veg by my friend.My religious sentiments got hurt.
So, i kindly request you to look into the problem and compensate for the same.

I am unable to login to swiggy application with my registered mobile number [protected]

Getting an error message as a mobile number has already been used in the last 6 months.

All my payment methods are registered with this number and having a swiggy one membership and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling swiggy app and even I have performed factory data reset on my phone still the issue is same

There were two fraud transactions made from my paytm wallet by another fraud swiggy user.
No OTP received on my mobile and money got deducted.

I ordered 8 items and 1 item was missing. I got solution as an appologise mail. That are telling that they will take care for future orders. How swiggy can expect future orders from me? I need ma immediate refund for the missing item....

Food not delevered, want my money back, and apply some panalty for not getting proper food at night...

I had ordered for icecream on 25/02/2023 11:40pm. I received a call from the call centre, the delivery boy is unable to connect my number, but the call centre is able to dial my number, even after explaining my complete address the delivery was not done, i asked the call centre person to cancel the order and refund my money to which the person denied, neither he was ready to share the escalation matrix for swiggy. I placed order for dahi bhalla papdi chat and panipuri through swiggy on 20th feb. item from panipuri was missing (sweet chatni). i raised this issue to cs teamnif swiggy tgat agent said next time mention what you kike in your ordrr whike placing the ordrr. my qts to him was sweet chatni and pani comes by defualt when you order panipuri. i demanded Rs72 complete refund for panipuri which they are not giving...
