I've been a regular customer for swiggy since many years. I placed an order today, but it has been over 2.5 hours and I have still not received it. The restaurant is located less than 1 km away, yet there has been no progress or resolution. I have tried calling the delivery executive more than 5 times—with no answer—and attempted to reach customer care over 7 times, but the line has been continuously busy or unresponsive. This delay caused significant inconvenience, especially as I was unable to step out due to my job commitments. I request immediate action on this issue, including a refund and clarification on why my order was delayed and left unresolved.
