Hi Swiggy,
I placed the order[protected] and the order #[protected] and the order was not deliverable on time and I contacted customer care and reported issue and the agent (01) tried to call the Delivery agent and the restaurant people was not responding to the call. So agent (01) raised a complaint and assured that if the order was delayed the compensation will be issued.
After 5-10 mins, I got an another call from Swiggy agent (02), and informed order will be delayed 10 mins, which I was not happy and argued, please send the order on time or compensate for the delayed or cancel and refund the full amount as the mistake from the Swiggy, the agent (02) assured that the full amount will be refunded without any charges and cancelled.
As I'm checking the order status and the Swiggy team is informed that the order was cancelled within the delivery timeline and refund will not be issued.
Kindly help on this issue which was not a mistake from my end. Please refund my Rs 614.00 back to my mode of payment.
