    I received the wrong order. Instead of the items I ordered, which were worth Rs. 793, I received some milk packets and curd sachets. I realized the mistake when the delivery person handed it to me because the items were different and fewer than expected. I informed him about the mix-up, but he advised me to contact customer care. Unfortunately, they didn't provide any solution. I would like to escalate this issue because Swiggy should easily be able to identify the misplaced order, as they sent the wrong items instead of what I had originally ordered. I am seeking a quick resolution as I feel cheated out of approximately Rs. 793. I raised a complaint in the Indian consumer complaints forum as well. I will go to court if required as the money I lost is hard earned. Attaching the wrong items I received also with this mail. I lost approximately Rs. 793 due to my order(ORDER # [protected]), and I have not received any resolution from customer support. This is unacceptable. Why can't you investigate by checking with the delivery person, whom I informed about receiving the wrong items? Additionally, why can't you contact the store or review the store's security camera footage to understand what went wrong, instead of providing no resolution? The amount of money I've lost is significant, and I'm in urgent need of assistance. Please help me with this matter.

        Yesterday ordered a thick shake. Didn't receive it. Raised it on the app as the delivery executive didn't answer the call. No response received from chat support. Mailed to swiggy email support. Reply received from them today saying already delivered and hence we are closing the ticket.

        How do they close the ticket without resolving the issue. Now no one is able to provide a resolution

          Hi Swiggy,

          I placed the order[protected] and the order #[protected] and the order was not deliverable on time and I contacted customer care and reported issue and the agent (01) tried to call the Delivery agent and the restaurant people was not responding to the call. So agent (01) raised a complaint and assured that if the order was delayed the compensation will be issued.

          After 5-10 mins, I got an another...

          We ordered poori sagu and dahi vada. But we received one plate of ghee paddu. The order number is[protected]. Inspite of multiple chat messages and emails to their support team, Swiggy has not yet refunded the money.

            I am writing to address a significant theft and security incident that transpired due to the actions of a Swiggy Genie partner.

            On August 24, 2023, at 8:55 PM, I placed an order under Order ID #[protected] for the delivery of a package from Lokhandwala, Andheri, Mumbai, to Juhu, Mumbai. This package contained food intended for my two young children, aged 9 and 12 years, who were residing in Juhu.

            The designated delivery executive for my order was Mohammad Saddam, reachable at +91 [protected]. Mohammad Saddam collected the package from my Lokhandwala address. I actively monitored the delivery process and noticed that he failed to update the system regarding the pickup of the package, as the order status continued to display "pick-up in progress." I immediately made several attempts to contact him through phone calls, but my calls were consistently ignored.

            Subsequent to waiting for more than an hour, a timeframe more than sufficient for the package to travel from Lokhandwala to Juhu, I engaged with the Swiggy customer service through both chat and telephone. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that no representative was able to provide adequate assistance or even attempt to establish communication with Mohammad Saddam.

            This incident has left me greatly distressed. It appears that Swiggy's vetting procedures for recruiting personnel have not been thorough enough to identify individuals with questionable intentions, leading to incidents of outright theft. This occurrence raises significant concerns about the security practices within Swiggy.

            Regrettably, Swiggy’s response has been inadequate on multiple levels. Not only has there been a failure to comprehend the severity of the situation and offer a prompt resolution, but there has also been an inability to trace the perpetrator and hold them accountable. Furthermore, assurances were provided that a senior representative would promptly reach out to me, yet it has now been over 4 days since that assurance was given, and I have not received any communication from your team.

            It is imperative that you take appropriate action against Swiggy for the immense inconvenience I have endured.

            I anticipate your immediate attention to this pressing issue. Your prompt response and resolution are awaited.

                I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by Swiggy on August 29th, in connection with my order #[protected].

                My name is Puneeth Kumar, and my contact number is [protected]. I placed an order through Swiggy on the aforementioned date, which was tagged with Order #[protected]. Despite the app indicating that the order was delivered, I regret to inform you that I did not receive the items I ordered.

                When I realized the order had not been delivered, I immediately contacted Swiggy's customer care. I spoke with a representative who identified herself as Jasmine. She acknowledged the issue and informed me that the delivery partner was not responding to her calls at that time. Jasmine suggested that I proceed to place a new order and email your support team for a refund. This suggestion felt unfair, as I should not be required to reorder due to a lapse on your end.

                I followed Jasmine's advice and sent an email detailing the situation and requesting a refund, attaching relevant chat screenshots and email correspondences as evidence. I expected a swift resolution considering the mistake was on Swiggy's part. However, I am appalled to note that my subsequent emails have gone unanswered, and I am now informed that my order has been wrongly marked as delivered, with no refund offered.

                I wish to emphasize that I have the necessary evidence in the form of chat screenshots and email communication to support my claim. The negligence in handling my concern and the lack of transparency in your communication have left me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied as a customer.

                I demand a thorough investigation into the mishandling of my order #[protected]. Additionally, I request an immediate refund for the amount charged for the undelivered order. It is unjust to charge for a service I did not receive and for the subsequent lack of assistance in resolving the matter.

                I urge Swiggy to take customer satisfaction seriously and uphold the reputation of your brand. Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution within [reasonable time frame, e.g., 5 business days] will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer protection channels.

                I look forward to your immediate attention and resolution of this issue. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint at your earliest convenience.

                  I order cheese grilled sandwich but I got a regular normal sandwich in which cheese was not there . It's was 40rs sandwich but I paid 180 rs for one ( I order 4 sandwich) and after talking to the customer service they are giving only 120rs coupon

                    I ordered TAGZ Cannisters Thai Vodka Tom Yum but instead, I received TAGZ Cream Onion Divin Popped Potato Chips, which only cost Rs.50 but I paid Rs.88 for this particular product.

                    I shared the video and images of the product with the Swiggy support team but all they said was "will ensure that stern feedback is shared with the store" and they closed my complaint, even after I warned them that I would raise a complaint at the Consumer Court.

                    I have shared the screenshot of Swiggy's response, the images [which I have named 'Product Image 1 (1), Product Image 2 (1) and Product Image 3 (1)'] and the video of the product I received, for your reference.

                    I have also shared the screenshot of the images of the product which I paid the money for [which I have named 'Actual Product Image 1 and Actual Product Image 2'], for your reference.

                    Kindly help me with a complete refund and generous compensation in the form of a coupon code or something similar from Swiggy for such negligence, as this is cheating. Even after sharing images and video proof of the product, Swiggy is not ready to take responsibility for their mistakes.

                                No option for raising the same ticket, maximum tickets are closing without any resolution

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                                      This is to inform you that I had placed an order ( Order no[protected] from hotel cafe Nizamiaz on 24/08/23 at 10.48pm which was showing around 50 minutes for delivery to my home which was supposed to be at 11.40pm. I did waited for sometime and then I took help from swiggy bot regarding delivery which was saying sorry, there is a delay and food will reach by 12.05am and afterwards delivery partner was assigned to whom I talked through phone who said he is on the way and will reach after sometime and again when I checked with swiggy bot which said food will be delivered at 12.25am. Then delivery partner was cancelled after for some reason and after calling swiggy customer care, he was saying to wait again till a delivery partner will be assigned, hungry and frustrated, I told him to cancel the order. By the time, swiggy, Zomato everything was closed and I had no option to get food from nearby areas. I would suggest you to take action against swiggy to kindly avoid these kind of behaviours at late night where a customer who had paid for their food had to be hungry and to sleep without eating food when I could had ordered from some other app and received food in time. I would like to demand a compensation from swiggy regarding this. Thanks & Regards
