          My order was placed on 25th July 2023 at 9:48 pm which was never delivered. When i asked the support team they kept transferring to senior executives who couldn’t reach the delivery boy. Then i was told by swiggy to get in touch with the delivery partner even though they couldn’t reach him. Then for two hours they were unable to resolve my issue, provide my order and refused to give refund. Instead i was advised to cancel my order with a 100% cancellation fee. Swiggy has the most incompetent staff, pathetic service, horrible delivery boys who only screw valued customers of their money and in return provide them with undelivered goods, unnecessary harassment and inefficient team from top to bottom to address any issue. Blinkit is way better with prompt service and support. This is by far my worst experience with Swiggy-Instamart

              Swiggy genie selected wrong address on map so refund money

              I ordered pickup-drop from swiggy genie, the parcel collected correctly, however, even after selecting correct drop address on app, app picked wrong location on map though in written address was also there, swiggy person went to wrong address and i had already paid money on portal, but due to wrong location drop, i had to again pay to swiggy person from wrong address to correct address so refund my money.

                  I was ordered Chicken Handi Special Biryani. I was received only Biryani rice and no chicken pieces. I was given complaint to Swiggy in their portal. They simply closed the complaint with the remarks as order was delivered.

                    I have ordered 1 plate chapathi and 1 uttapam for my parents but got only uttappam and chappati curry, chappathi is missing. I have raised a complaint immediately after 6 hours i got the reply as we are sorry for the inconvince and giving the refund of 30/-. I don't know whether they are favor a customer by giving a penny in the order. i have drafted another mail stating I don't want 30/- give me full refund they simply replied we will share this feedback to the all involved team.

                      I have recently placed an order in Swiggy for 2937 rupees which included multiple items. Of these they did not deliver paneer butter masala and veg biryani. I have requested them to refund the money for the items they didn’t deliver. They are refusing to refund my money. Missing some items in order not only spoiled our team lunch meet with someu people not getting food but also mental agony for charging me unfair way. This amounts to cheating by taking bulk order and missing few items in it deliberately. May be this is new kind of scam Swiggy is doing along with partner restaurants.

                        Swiggy delivered stale food. I ordered 5 quantities of Rabdi ( Sweet) yesterday and they delivered completely stale and stinking food. My wife had her Tuesday fasting and this sort of experience was really pathetic. When I complained Swiggy, they just said sorry and we cannot refund for the items. I dont need their sorry But I need refund of my hard earned money. Please help me with the full refund of my 318/- Rupees.

                          Hi Team,

                          I ordered 5 Quantities of food item ( Rabdi) on July 18th 2023. As soon as we opened the packet of sweet it was tasting so badly and stinking. I ordered Rabdi because my wife had her fasting on Tuesday, and this was really frustrating to have such kind of food delivery. I did raise complaint to swiggy and they straight away denied stating that we cannot process the refund. I never expected such kind of pathetic demonstration of service of swiggy. There are many online food platforms available in the market, but I trusted swiggy for the last 6-7 years. Kindly look into the issue and help me to get the refund of my hard-earned money.

I tried to contact delivery boy but I'm unable to contact him after that ( I contacted restaurant and explained about missed item they said delivery boy missed item here send him and collect order).

                                  I ordered my food from KERALA PANOOR restaurant near bellandur, Banglore, and i saw the status that delivery agent took my order and he was in the way in my swiggy app. I waited more than 5hours to get the food still as of writing [ 00.35AM ] the food not delivered and i chat with swiggy agent he did apologise for the incident but i don't want that apologise because my wife waited more than 5hrs for the food and she slept without eating. I want to makesure that entire team get punished .. also i want compensation for this incident because if not raised they'll do this again.
