    I want to file a complaint against Swiggy regarding a recent order experience. Last night, at 12:36 AM, I placed an order through the Swiggy app, which was promptly accepted by the restaurant with a promised delivery time of 1:28 AM. However, despite this confirmation, the order was inexplicably cancelled by Swiggy at 1:33 AM, leaving me without food options at a late hour. Despite my attempts to seek assistance through customer support, there was a significant delay in response, and my request to escalate the issue to higher authorities was ignored. Consequently, I was left hungry and stranded, unable to order from any other restaurants as they were closed. This lack of accountability and failure to provide timely resolution has caused unnecessary distress and inconvenience. I seek appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future.

      Below were the issues we faced with our order. (Order no. [protected])
      1. We had placed an order for Bruschetta and dough balls for starters, however, we received dough balls and some bread instead of Bruschetta.
      2. The packaging was not upto the mark - the cheese of the food items was stuck on the top of the box, and we had to tear the paper off of our food. (attaching pictures)
      3. The food was very cold.
      4. For dough balls, we only received one garlic butter dip, that's it, nothing else.

      The whole experience was very disheartening, kindly resolve the issue.

        I have ordered Barosi pickle from swiggy instamart the pickle was filled with heavy amounts of salt its not eatable at all still they are not returning.

          My name is Vihaan Viswanath, I have placed order at Hotel Paradise in Andhra Pradesh.

          I did not receive my order because the delivery boy did not even call me and cancelled the order. I did not get a refund and I have been charged a cancellation fee of ₹441.00
          The delivery boy name is Ch Jeevankumar

          Despite calling a customer care executive and raising an email to [protected]@swiggy.in regarding this, I have not received a refund and they stated that they cannot do any monetary adjustments for this order", blatantly stating that they won't give a refund.

          This is unjust and I need a refund, many others are facing such similar issues and aren't being solved. I need my refund back of ₹441.00

            I've placed the above cited food order on[protected] for Rs.3, 310/- with Swiggy at around 12.35PM and received a wrong order from Zomato #[protected]. I immediately raised the issue on swiggy app chat and also with the hotel (Rahhams) to take back the wrong order delivered to me and asked them to deliver the food ordered by me. Since, I didn't receive any resolution I raised the issue on email requesting a refund. To this date the response received from swiggy was to either evasive and dodge the issue or send me a one-liner stating the issue is resolved. Despite the fact that we're swiggy is charging so much for their services, this is a grotesque display or apathy lacking accountability and fiduciary responsibility.

              I have ordered a ptron earbuds from instamart but I found them damaged and applied for refund but i haven't received my refund yet. According to instamart agents my refund has been completed but I have not received it yet even my bank officials asked me to contact swiggy.

                I have placed an order yesterday and it was delivered after literally 1hr 40mins whereas I have selected delivery between 30mins. I kept contacting the restaurant and swiggy customer service over chat and call. Restaurant was very fast with the service and have kept the item ready within 5mins. I kept asking customer service agent about the delay and delay in assigning the delivery agent and they kept disconnecting calls as well as too much noise was coming as if they were laughing from behind instead of answering me. It was too unethical to even speak with them over call. The agents were keeping me on hold for 6-7 mins instead of giving info. I also asked them to cancel my order and get me the refund but the agent said he won't be doing that because he wants me to wait more. Suddenly late at night I finally received my order all cold and rotten. Because it was packed and the agent was late, due to summer it all got smelly and we were not even able to eat it. I called the delivery agent again and asked him to take it back but poor agent marked it as delivered hence there was no option for him to take it back. I then called the restaurant and they also confirmed that the item was packed within 5mins but as agent delayed theh cannot do anything. I then contacted social media team regarding the same and they simply mentioned that the feedback is passed. Where is my fault here?? It was a prepaid order and neither did I get to eat the item nor I got the refund. I am expecting help in this regards asap.

                    ORDER DATE - 15.04.2024.
                    ORDER VALUE - Rs. 1349

                    Sweets were ordered on the above-mentioned date. When I called the delivery partner through Swiggy customer portal along with Swiggy customer care executive, delivery partner said that the item ordered was not available.
                    Since, the non-availability of the item, I had cancelled the order. But, instead of refunding the amount, Swiggy has charged me the full amount as cancellation charge of Rs.1349 which is not at all acceptable.

                    I wrote a complaint mail to Swiggy regarding the same. But there is no response from their end.

                    Kindly help me to get the refund amount.

                        Today I placed order #[protected], The address i can see in my profile is correct, but not sure from where It was taking Electronic city and the delivery boy was arguing very badly. I connected to customer care and they are simply telling they can not help . they simply cancelled my order without no refund. this is simply a fraud case. either you redeliver my order or refund please, else i have to go for a police complain.

                          Ordered via swiggy, subway sandwich and crispers.

                          One item crispers was missing and the bread was plain even though order was honey oats and Paramesan. Swiggy offered a refund amount less than the missing item! They never refunded it as we did not accept. But there was no further grievance redressal. No money received nor issues solved or heard.

                            On 18/4/2024 at 1:10pm, I received a mail of a order delivered successfully.
                            I didn't placed any order then i checked the mail and the details in it.
                            I'm from Indore and the mail was about an order that got delivered in Kota, Rajasthan. there was a name mentioned maybe he could be the person who's using my mail as his. the name of that person is Rohit. Please take action on him. I'll be providing 3 screenshots of mails i received 1 on 15th April, the second on 17th and the third that i received today.

                              Today (17th April 24,) we received expiry date food delivery by Swiggy (expiry date 19th Feb 2024)
                              Swiggy is not replying properly for this serious matter
                              Don't trust on Swiggy
                              Feel cheated from Swiggy for their such pathetic behaviour with customer
                              We shared pics of box but they are not able to read it

                                I ordered an order of PANEER MOMOS from PA JI FAMILY RESTRO...RAI PULWA, KANPUR from SWIGGY INDIA and this was the [censored] I got + it good around around 1.5 hours to order my deliver
                                I'm gonna hate SWIGGY fr.

                                    Dear Sir

                                    I have ordered 1 kg kaju katli sweet at my home @7:00 pm but still not deliverd by swiggy .

                                    Now showing the delivery after 148 mins.

                                    Total amount is Rs. 1150.
                                    I need to take refund my total amount.
                                    Now if they will deliver it, may not able to eat. It may be dangerous.
                                    Total 5 hrs passed but still not delivered

                                      The agent did not deliver the food and has updated the status as delivered. He called me at 8.02 to give the OTP as Grill9 will only give it to him once the OTP is given to them. I checked around 8.30 the status was showing as delivered. I immediately reached out to customer support and trying to call him and there was no response. I have the CCTV installed in the building to show he has not come .
