I ordered Biryani on Swiggy from the restaurant which is about 6km far from our home. The restaurant has prepared my order on time but the company's delivery agent was not moving away with my order and was waiting for the another order to complete after my order.
After 30 minutes of waiting at restaurant for the another order he started moving from the restaurant.
Then he delivered another order before my order and after that...

I placed an order on swiggy genie from madhapur to Miyapur nd I waited for so long for a partner to be assigned and the partner got assigned he picked up the order from point a and came to point b to deliver on reaching point b he called me and I told him that the delivery address is in second floor of the same building he refused to delivered to second floor and asked me to come down and I asked the reason behind it and he just said I won’t...

[protected] at 12.38 PM After waiting 2 hours and raising complaints they canceled the order independently.

Getting a refund does not serve my purpose I ordered within time and waited over 2 hours
this is not acceptable...

Hi, @Swiggy @SwiggyInstamart I’m devastated to inform you that recently I had ordered a few grocery items through the instamart app. The delivery boy who was assigned to deliver the products denied his duty of delivering the products to the doorstep, instead, he (Rafique) asked us to come and take the order from mid-way. When we asked him to responsibly deliver the package, he started to talk in a very rude way to the women in my family....

I have Order food in Swiggy Yesterday date:April13th, 2023. but I didn't received my order. I have raised the issue in Swiggy support but they haven't resolved my issue at all i tried reaching them many times but i didn't get proper response from them. Please look into the issue and help me for getting back my money. Please let me know if you need any further details.

I have completed my payment on swiggy today(13/04/23) but my order was not placed. Please solve this asap...

An item was missing in my recent instamart order. When I raised the concern with swiggy support then initially thay said that they are unable to find any order against my order id nor they can find any account with my registered email id.

Amazed from the above response I quickly share the screenshot of the order having order id mentioned and a screenshot of my account details which shows my registered email id.

I ordered Paneer Signature Rice Bowl (Regular) x 1
but the quality was so less because the bowl was already semi sphere shape and only half was filled in that bowl and the main thing is the bowl is it self small.
This makes me not to chose swiggy as a food booking medium as no prior check of...

I have ordered food from swiggy...They assist a delivery partner to us after some time they assisted one more delivery to same person...and both delivery address are in opposite direction...The delivery partner have delivered first to other person and then to us...The whole food has become very bad and not eatable...Its quality has become worst...Due to swiggy, our food has become worst and waste of money...Due to your maintenance our food...

I ordered ice cream and i received icecreams with the packet of cigrate in it... And after complain they said we apologise and they just give me only 60% of my order amount ...

I ordered food from swiggy I paid online My transaction failed for some reason Then I paid the delivery partner in cash. Money has been successfully transferred from my account to merchant's account, swiggy says talk to bank. I have given bank transaction details even after that my work is not done...

I have ordered grocery items in Swiggy instamart on 30th of March. Due to some location issue, delivery partner asked me to cancel my order, but after sometime I got a notification like my order got delivered.

I tried to contact delivery partner, after I got notification and he didn't pick my call. So, I reached out to customer support but didn't get proper response from them.

I order food from swiggy today 5th April, 2023. I raised concern and want to with agent. But swiggy refunded the price for the item and closed conversation. The restaurant name is Taaza Tiffins at Bandlaguda, Nagole, Hyderabad....

i have placed order with order id as mentioned above at 1:22 pm ...i received call from swiggy at 1:50pm to ask some otp by telling that my location is not visible so they need otp ...i have given otp to them than around 2:02pm i got notification on swiggy that my order has been delivered successfully befor time...but in actual i haven't got any order in my hand...
