I placed an order with one of the restaurant which the restaurant didn't confirm for some time. After calling customer support they tried to reach the restaurant but no one answered the call at restaurant. I couldnt wait any longer so I asked them to cancel the order. Now on my next order I am getting a cancellation charge of 117 for no reason. Need it removed.

I had placed an order at Bercos Agra on 16th Jan'21. The delivery agent called me at 8.22PM and said he would take 15minutes to reach my location.
At 8.44pm the order was cancelled by the delivery agent stating that I had not picked up the call.
After bringing this up to swiggy customer care, they have charged me a fine of Rs599 (my fill order amount) for no fault of mine although
I didn't receive any calls from the delivery agent. Calls logs were shown as proof to the team but they have refused to return my money or help me for redelivery of this.
