[Resolved]  Swiggy — Total fraud and scam by swiggy authorities

I ordered on july 4th at 10 pm for food. Details are order no: #[protected] and restaurant: nandhini deluxe... I also went to talk with the customer care around 10.30 as no executive for pick up was assigned and i was told to wait till 11.00 pm... And then i received a mail at 12 pm saying that the order is cancelled..

And the best part was that they then send me a mail the next day saying that the order was cancelled as the restaurant was closed when i placed the order.. And as a matter of fact i myself directly contacted the restaurant after 10.45 and placed a order directly

Now swiggy customer care is saying that the restaurant was closed which is a total fraud case and cheating... They penalize the customers by removing cod options if we dont wait for a order even its late by 1 and a half hour but apparently we cannot do anything when they dont deliver the food and also lie/cheat about it

I demand a compensation of the full amount of my order for the fraud activities

swiggy suspended my account for asking for refund over bad quality food...out of 10 times i[censored] got issue twice with food twice they will suspend u...these money greeders...i paid total 15000/--20000/- over food ordered via swiggy indact more but these money minded miserable ###### suck at cusomer satiscation.

foodpanda is better this this cheap app.

oh wait foodpanda sucks too...their fcked up bhindi bazar manager aka gaon wala named anurag deals as tho he is selling fish in te marke.
Same thing happened to me, I ordered food at 9pm on a saturday and had to wait 2 hrs while swiggy people called me every 20mins saying "please 15 more mins maam". At the end at 11pm I asked where was the delivery guy (on the app it was showing him going in the wrong direction) and they said he was still at the restaurant because it was raining and he didnt have a raincoat. I blasted them and asked to cancel my order. Next day I chatted with customer care and asked for refund and they refused to give anything because I had selected cash on delivery, I told them that since I had not paid in advance my time, anger and hunger had no value for them and I will never use the app again (mind you I've been ordering ONLY from swiggy since 2 years). After few days they gave me a coupon of 100Rs. Then I decided to give them another chance and use an offer from CCD, in their app it was written only "50% off on orders above 350 Rs." So my total came up to 376Rs and I ordered but the 50% was not deducted. I wrote to them immediately asking what happened and they said that your order without taxes has to be min 350Rs, so I told them it was not written anywhere but ok in this case please cancel my order. What did they do? They told me if I cancel the order they will remove my COD option!!! I told them to go to hell and cancel my order and remove whatever they want. They make mistakes, do false advertising and we have to be penalized for it! They are just shameless! I even wrote a post on facebook about the whole story and tagged them, they asked me to give more info and that they will investigate, but honestly I don't feel like ordering from them again
